Well, it probably is, most anime games aren't up to all that much, and that really was a great game. Why do you think it spawned all that crap?
Anyway, who are you to dis pokémon, ye who took my pokémon gold cart months before it was even released in this country?

 

hmm that is hard to say. Since I am not a Pokemon fan either, well one year and only this year I did collected the cards and read the comic that was in Nintendo Power. After that year I gave the cards to my sister and never looked back.
Anyway getting back to the topic, I would have to say that the SNES ROMs of Ranma and Sailor Moon RPGs were pretty good.
I wonder if someone could name all the manga or/and anime video games that have been released since the Playstion (one) came out, but for all systems since than ( i.e, PSone, N64, DC, PS2, GC, and X-Box) There can't be that many. Especially ones that have came out out in english or the U.S.

 

Ranma 1/2 Hard Battle for the SNES!!!

Ah, what a craptacular fighting game, but SO FUN because you can utilize the characters from Ranma 1/2.

Though I do wonder, how many games have been released in your respective countries that were based on anime?

I hear that //Hack.sign (however it's done, if you've heard of the game, you know what I'm talking about) is a pretty decent game, but it's not out in the States yet.

Well, it seems like there really aren't that many manga (or anime for that matter) turned video games out there. Besides all that pokemon stuff and the Robotec game for GC, there just doesn't seem to be that much in that area.
