Video Games Whats your favorite multiplayer?

What was/is your favorite multiplayer game of all time?

At the moment my favorite is RTCF Enemy Territory. This is the best Multiplayer game ever. It's just so damn addictive.

I know Quake is really popular but i don't think that it has the realisem that makes ET so special.

 

Champions of Norrath. My friends and I can't stop playing. It's like crack or something. Must be the Everquest connection...

 

I am going with Guantlet for PS2. Me and my friends spent hours at a time taking on that game.

As much as I hate to admit it, Counter-Strike.
Worms World Party and Diablo 2 come close, though.

 

I highly enjoy a good 20 vs 20 (or 15 vs 15) on hidden and dangerous II. Realism, weapons, maps... its all there.

Mostly StarCraft.

Currently into MMorpgs such as Priston Tale and Dark Age of Camelot

Quake 3.that game rules,when playing online.

 

Hm....
On Console, it would have to be Super Smash Bros Melee, Halo, Godzilla Destroy all Monsters Melee, and basically any fighting game.

On Computer, I'd say Diablo 2: LoD, Quake III, and Nerf Arena Blast

 

I don't know if this is my favourite, persay, but whenever i go to my friends house we always rent Gauntlet: Legends... I don't even know if that's what it's called but it's tons of fun with alot of people.

I play a few MMORPG's to; FFXI, Everquest, and I think I'm gonna try out Ragnarok Online, despite everyones negative feelings torwards it.

 

Anything by Blizzard.

Starcraft, Warcraft, Diablo....that's about it, actually. I would get and play Planetside and FF XI, but I need a better computer and a cable modem first.

 

Is Unreal Tournament for PC a multiplayer cause if it is that is my favourite.

Well, I really dont play multiplayers all that much... but when i do, it is either...

Halo (only in LAN[Local Area Network] parties though... where we have 16 people)

Diablo II: Lord of Destruction

 

Tribes 1, Starcraft and Diablo 2 on the PC. Mario Kart(any of them), Worms(any of them), Soul Blade/Calibur/2, F-Zero X/GX, and not halo.

 

Halo(XBox), DOA 3(XBox), Champions of Norrath(PS2), MX Unleased(XBox), and theres like 30 more, ;. And, DrunkLeprechaun, why not Halo? Didnt like it?

 

I'm still playing Quake 3 like mad, so yea, that's my favourite at the moment. Though painkiller and unreal tournament 2k4 may change that I suppose.

At any rate, my favorite multiplayer games are the following (in no particular order): Far Cry, Call of Duty, Red Faction (the first game to get me playing online multiplayer, and I have loved the game for it ever since), Unreal Tournament 2004, and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City MultiTheft AutoOnline.
