Whew! + WAHOO!!!

I broke the car in on Saturday. Had to drive a buddy of mine to my mechanic; in any case, I finally got to free rev the car up!

I know it sounds boring, but...hey, I love driving. And, the car has 8000RPM! I mean, most cars will top off at 7000, at MOST, and more often at 6000. But, at 6000...it picks up the high-power cam and...turns into another engine altogether!

I keep hearing about people "hitting" VTEC...but, there's nothing like experiencing it at your throttle pedal! It's also very aural, to the driver. It's like...at 6000 RPM, your car decides to wake up, and *scream*. And it goes on hard!

I had the car up to 80+ in fourth gear, and it was still going strong!

Enough of that rant. Anyway, suffice it to say, high RPM cars are insanely fun!

Went snowboarding yesterday...really messed up my wrist. Hopefully, it's not fractured, I've never broken a bone before....so I won't know what it feels like. I highly doubt it though, I can still use the hand...just can't lift anything heavier than a plate with a generous heaping of food on it. Not without some secondary help from ol' right hand, that is.

Bleh, it was bad. It was like...I klutzed out. Couldn't even stand straight...kept falling off the lifts...man, it was horrid.

Anyway, that's it. Cool.
