Japanese Which district/city/ site would you like to visit in Japan?

    Which district/city/site/street/etc. would you like to visit in Japan?

    Shibuya***, TOKYO [​IMG] [​IMG] [​IMG], Kyoto, Hiroshima, Mt Fuji, and Tokyo game show, Squaresoft Company. ANY mall, traditional market place


    ***can't remember the name of the district or street.. I"m not sure of the spelling... Correct me pweese :3

    Kyoto, the former capital, and Tokyo, the current capital of course! Though, I really don't have any plans to travel....

    Lucky me, I was in Japan 3 years ago - I was in Fukuoka, Nagasaki and Kyoto. Didn't get up as far as Tokyo there, I'd like that - next time!

    Where's the Imperial Temple? It's supposed to be one of the most beautiful buildings in the world. I'd like to see that.

    I wouldn't mind going to Tokyo! Maybe check a game show... hopefully I wouldn't get stuck in Japan though and have to stay at a friends house...(obscure refence [​IMG] )

    Well, I'd like to visit Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Odaiba, Squaresoft Game company, a japanese gardin...Oh, I ish canadien so [​IMG]

    I spent six weeks out of this last summer in and around the Tokyo area. I got to see Shinjuku,Akihabara,Chiba,Tateyama,Asakusa,Ueno, and Nikko. I'd love to go back someday,if I ever get the money. Maybe I'll get the chance to go outside of the Tokyo area...

    Visting Japan is like chicken soup for the anime otaku's soul.....

    InuYasha - 51 posts so far...there's gotta be something X-Filesian about that...

    I dont care as long as I go to Japan !!

    as you can see that I am too late answering to this thread, but I remember this date like it was yesterday, it was the mid-term exams, and it was 3 days before my birthday..and what a horrible horible b-day it was!!

    I hope that I didnt bother anyone by replying to old threads. I just want the Misc forum being active .. :p

    Lets see...

    Tokyo... Been there
    Kyoto... Only for an hour or so ( Want to go back there)
    Osaka... Nope

    To many places, so little time, Hopefully I'll get to visit Japan again on my trip to Korea.

    I'm jealous of all of you that got to go to Japan! Thats one place i want to go to before I die...I don't care if im broke or go alone! I want to go to TOKYO!!! Kyoto, Mt Fuji, and Squaresoft Company. But honesty if i had no choice I still wouldnt care I WANNA GO!!!!! BakaMattSu Please TAKE ME TO JAPAN!!:p

    I want to go to Tokyo and Kanagawa! Tokyo-'coz it's the capital and there are a lot of things to see there. Kanagawa-I just watched too much Slam Dunk!!! hehehe

    I spent less than a day in Tokyo but I found this really cool manga shop in Shibuya that was in a sub-sub-sub-sub-basement and most strange. Spent most of my time in Kyoto.

    Best place to go...Oe. It's at the arse end of nowhere but it has a great oni museum.
    Takayama and Nikko were kakkoii too.

    I really want to go to Shibuya, and Harajiku. Since I have been there but it was only for switching subways to go home on my last trip to Tokyo. But I think I will go in about two years on the way to visiting my friend in Tokyo. But I really can't wait about two years! I really want to go to any where in Japan right now. (even though I just went there:p )

    If I had the time any sea port. Tokyo dome to watch the giants play a baseball game. Tokyo itself. Any shrine and market place. Their deperment store'es, because the ps2 and game boy adv dose not have territory lock-out chip. Make sure I have a hand held computer that can put any japaness word that spoken and turn it to eng text!!!:p

    Izzy chooses to go to Tokyo, with enough time to visit all the different wards and districts. Then, I'd be off to the North, to check out some of those nifty indoor snowboarding parks they have there. :D And where was it in Tokyo? The Ginza? I'd just love to come home with all this new tech stuff that isn't out on this side of the hemisphere yet.

    As for the a particular site, I'd love to visit the Honda, Toyota, and Mitsubishi HQ. Oooooh!!! And the Takaira workshop, to see his cars. Visit Mugen and Spoon, and other Japanese Domestic Market tuners. I'm a total car nut, sorry. :D

    hmm...you all seem to know what you're talking about, can anyone suggest the best place for three 17/18 year olds to visit? i was thinking maybe either tokyo or akihabara, but none of us have been to japan before, so our judgement isn't really...its bad.

    The place where the big mall is -- is it Ikebukuro? Or is that the name of the big mall-type-place? Point is I want to go there. ^^

    And! Ueno. I wanna have a picnic lunch under a blossoming cherry tree. ^^

    And...darn. I had more places I wanted to go to. ^^; Point is, I'd just like to go someday.
