Anime Which do you like more anime,, or manga?

I'm confused if I should post this thread in Anime or Manga .. I was just wondering whatother people think. I kind of like anime more.

Anime ^_^ I love anime manga is awesome too but anime is better because there is way more expression in anime with like music and movement.

 

I honestly couldn't say. I like the Love Hina manga just as much as I like the SMJ anime, and they are my favourite in both fields. So I say: BOTH. Jes.

 

I like both due to the fact that yes anime is better for expressions and the music etc. but manga does have more things then the anime, I mean the author can put as much as he/she wants on a book, but a anime you can only put so much in it, so they both have their good points and bad point making them both good
(Sorry I tend to ramble too much sometimes )

 

I have to say Anime..Though I like Manga too..

Anime tends to have more feeling in it, and its much more emotional then little sound words in each box (Not to make fun of Manga!)..But I love Manga. I'm not much of a reader..so Anime appeals more to me

 

I love both manga & anime!! Anime is really great because of the expressions and the seiyuus and the art and the EVERYTHING! But manga is great too! Because instead of having to use lots of images, one still page explains much, and you can bring manga with you on the metro, or in a really boring class, while you pretend to listen to the teacher...^^

Manga and anime go hand in hand, they both have pros and cons, so they need each other to support each other, so when you travel you read manga, and when you have the time to stay in one place, break out the anime!

I prefer Manga, as it is usually closer to the Creators idea, and often leaves a bit more to the imagination with how the action happens precisely, and it's usually more beautiful to look at. Anime is nice, but it just isn't as...clever.

 

i'm a manga fan. I actually got into mangas before animes. I find that like as Legato said, its closer to the authors idea.
I'm a person who likes to take things slowly and at a pace, which is another reason why i like manga since you can bring it everywhere with you and you can read it whenever ^^

I think it depends on the drawings. Sometimes, the anime is better, sometimes the manga. I guess I'll say both??

 

I suppose it all depends on the work. I mean, I prefer the Hare Nochi Guu Anime to the Manga, but The Trigun Manga is so beautiful, so well crafted. So...different from the Anime's storyline. Once you get To Trigun Maximum, the Anime starts looking like a Doujinshi.

They have so many diffrences but are the same. I agree with Meaikoh. sooooo many good points!

 

What I like about the Manga is the author's side-notes. I don't have a big imagination so when I'm reading a manga and they describe something I have to read it a couple of time to understand what's going on. In anime we could see and understand these things by the animation of the characters. For example the fight between Shishio and Kenshin I read the manga first and could understand about the force pulling them in and blah blah blah. When I saw that scene in the animated series I understood! So.....I like both!!!<everyone murmuring: Why didn't you say that from the beginning>

I like both... There are some plot events in Manga that are not shown in the anime, but there are some events that are better shown in anime than manga..
I chose both, because I have no prefrence... ^_^ I do like both FY manga and anime...

 

Both....depends what mood im in sometimes i prefer just to read some manga and sometimes to sit ans watch some anime...... but ther both good.........what would we do with out them ..

 

Manga but anime's cool too. Manga's tend to get more into the story so I like mangas better.
