Video Games Which is better and has better games. PS2 or PSP ???

    PS2 No question about it the PSP is cool because it protable and thats it in my opinion PS2 WINS!

    PS2 for me :p

    In my opinion, it is better because it has a lot more games and better graphics, at least from what I've seen of PSP.

    PS2 - If you play games, buy this.
    PSP - If you like mediocre games but great multi-platformed entertainment system, this is great.

    Why would someone pay 250 bucks for a portable system alone, with middle regular graphics, and no games, when you can use that money, buy a PS2, and craploads of awsome games!?

    Oh wait, did I mention that the PSP's battery sucks? :p

    5 hours if you're playing a game non-stop with constant loading times. MGA! lasted me 6 hours or so. If you have a portable game, you're using it for the quick on-off feature. But, that's just my opinion.

    *anyway*, PSP is made for a totally different kind of reason than it is the Playstation. If you can only play it at home, then why not just get the PS2?

    I love my PSP, it allows me to bring a pretty good game on the go, where I don't have to keep a constant eye on it (Lumines/MGA!) and lets me use it as MP3 player if I'm so inclined. Homebrew also rocks....though I haven't used it since I figured WiFi is more important.

    WiFi's great for quick browsing (there's a coffee shop with free wireless near me, and I don't always bring my laptop, but i always have my PSP) and also allows me to watch anime when I convert them.

    However, I also don't PLAY a lot. I use it mostly as an MP3 source, and a video source. I'd rather play my Gameboy if I'm going to actually SIT AND PLAY for a good while. Quick round of a "card" game? PSP for me. =P

    If you have ever played the Bleach game on a PSP you will know it rocks.

    PSP can come with me to work. Unfortinately I have never had a battery problem probably because I don't get five free hours.

    I play my GC more then the PS2 or even the xbox.

    So PSP for me.

    Aww, my little boy's all grown up. I remember when you first got your PSP and were so proud, and now you're denouncing it like the piece of crap it is. :')

    Why did you post something so retarded?

    Anyway PS2 wins. By a lot. Even if the only game for it was Soul Calibur III it'd still win.

    Which is why I'm holding all comments for the next gen consoles until christmas next year, when you can go to a store, and be able to find any console that you want, and say 'this is the console that I want', not when it's popular, promises all these great games, but two or three end up being good.

    Going to the MP3 player thing, I'd like to know that the sound coming out of the PSP's headphones is really really low, but if it's for the occasional now and then listener, sure, it works.

    Nono. It's not like it's a problem, it's that considering your standard MP3 player, it doesn't sound as well as it should.

    Memory is also kind of a problem, they're still not fair with the prices (200 for 4GB!?), but they're getting there. I say that considering that the 2Gb used to be 200, if not 300.

    either way ... at the moment PS2 is better, more games better graphics (obviously) and cheaper, literally.
