Slayers Universe Which is the best of the slayers?

Simple!
Concider characters villans and storylines and choose your favourite slayers series.
Explain it a little too if ya want.

 

I picked try cause its the one that ive seen the most of and I like the non-standard characters (Valgarv,Filia,Xelloss) its a bit more thoughtful than others i have seen and Gourrys face when he loses his sword is priceless.

I hate the okama I MUST kill it....

 

Well, I picked Try too.

I'd tell you why, but i've come to the conclusion that...It's a secret!

It's for the characters and the storyline and even though it's more thoughtful, they didn't leave out the humor!

the first season slayers it by far is the best that far...of what i have see...but im almost done next and so far its not as good as the first

 

I picked Next, 'cuz I've only seen that one. ^^; Plus, Martina was cool. I found her to be hillarious.

 

I don't really know since I've only seen one season, actually I don't know what the season is I think it's plain Slayers. In the begining there's a guy called Shabulanigudu (I am positive that I spelled that wrong).

esp.. Gourry and Lina... kawaiii... i love when they first met..

 

I still say Try, because everything that happened in the others series still happened and they make references to it, but I think I'm going to reconsider it being the very best.

So, I go for Try & Slayers the original.

It was memorable.

For example, when we discovered Gourry makes a very attractive girl, Lina likes dressing Gourry up and that even Sea monsters can be cross-dressers...and all in the same episode! ^^

And when Lina gets married...

And so many other moments!

So, here I am. First and Last.

 

Slayers try is realy the only series ive seen.. I thought it was prety funny/cool/halerious

Best part of slayer is when the characters are hungry they become skeletons.. its so funny!

I voted for Next. I thought it had the better story out of the other series. The story in Try was good too but there seemed to me to be too many filler eps. The plot moved more fluidly in next. And nothing beats Amelia and Lina being forced to dress in Sailor Fuku and sing Otome no Inori with Zelgadis coaching them in the background.

I've seen all of them except GREAT.

TRY had the best story and Valgarv was so cool, and i loved Xel/Filia ^^

The original was cool, but it didn't have much of a story in it...

I have to say TRY. I think Filia is hot, even though she's a snake

 

I think Slayers Try is the best out of em'^^

 

Best? OVA! I liked it cos it was so weird! Oh, and it's the only one I've seen (lol) but I'm not sure I like the look of the others.

 

I havent seen much of Slayers, only I think it's the OVA mabey.......
It's so funny tho' so I'm gonna look 4 Slayers DVDs.......

 

I liked all the Slayers and am currently getting them on DVD but Try was the best that I seen. I am also fond of the original probably cause I got them on DVD already. But they are all my favorite. The reason? Simply I love Lina and how she changes yet still is greatest. The OVA's are wonderful too. I love the one about the mirror and the shadow twins. Lina's reaction was just the best. And when the villian states in horror about what kind of person she was, well, I just died laughing. All of it! Just superb!

 

TRY. Everyones said my reasons, soooooo....'nuff said! now its a tie between original and try!

 

Next is the best, by far. It is probably the least complicated of the series, but its the funniest. Such as how they dont really get very far on their jouney, so they all sit around, kill bandits, and steal all their stuff. I got the best deal on them too. the entire set for $30 can.

 

Gotta say that i reeally did enjoy NEXT purely for some of the lines which gourry came out with, like His knowledge all along that xelloss was a mazokou. Plus there was the whole lina/gourry thing going on towards the end which was nice to see
