Creative Writing Whispers

I am living in a memory,
Much like deja vu.
Everything is black here,
What am I to do?
I can hear them whisper,
I can feel them cling.
I can hear the moans now,
Each with its own ring.
A silence I can't take now,
A fate I don't want.
Whoever said this was painless
Lied more then once.
I think I'm going under,
Swallowed whole beneath the tide.
I don't want to be here,
I'm not enjoying the ride.
Farther I get dragged now,
Beneath the calls of my name.
Into this limbo I travel
As part of some sick game.
The creatures here have a hold,
There's no looking away.
Exalted, my name they cry,
And I am left to say

"There is no hell, only my life,
With the crackle of the brimstone here.
And though these demons are amid my sights,
I find the answer is clear.
I am one with the many I see,
Among kin I shall be.
So take me now and ravage my soul,
This hell is a place for me!"

The good: This poem flows at a nice pace. It has a creative and different ending which I enjoyed reading.
