Cowboy Bebop Who is Alisa?

As the Title says :who is Alisa?

she was Jets girlfriend when he was a cop. And the basis of episode 10.

 

My brother was watching Cowboy bebop and he asked who is Alisa? I couldn't answer him 'cuz I wasn't sure who she really is... Thanx anyway

+ why did she leave Jet?

 

It was something about always being too secure when Jet was around, and that she didnt have to do anything just be Jets girlfriend. She left so that she could live life on her own. I think. I havent seen that episode in almost a year. I guess its time to borrow bebop from my friend again. ^ ^

 

oh yes! i remember now! i never liked that episode much...weird weird weird... not to mention alisas new bf was insane...

 

I don't see how that episode was weird in any way.
Alisa's new bf was freaking out cause he killed that money lender guy the night before. Anyone on the run from the cops is gonna be some bit paranoid.

I've always considered Ganymede Elegy to be a pretty decent episode really, mid range as bebop episodes go.

 

well see im weird so i sometimes find things weird when others find them quite normal and i guess this is just one of those times...heck all i know is that i didnt like the episode much so there!
