Anime Who is the most annoying female/male character?

    I'll start by saying that Yurika (From Martian Successor Nadesico) is the stupidest and most irritating character ever made ... How didnt she feel that Jun Aoi had feelings for her?!? From the first episode and from the first glance I said to myself that Jun Aoi and Yurika would make a great couple...but No .. She doesnt know how lucky she is to be LOVED [​IMG] by Jun Aoi

    The most annoying male character is ... umm uhh ... there isnt any ..except for Chiriko (from Fushigi Yuugi)

    For female I'd have to go with Excel, in Excel Saga. Her annoyingness makes her funny though(especially when Ilparatzo shoots her)...

    For males I'm not sure(another side effect of lethal corn chemicals!!)

    Happosai's funny at first, but season after season of him is annoying as anything.

    female: (I will get flak for this) Asuka. She is always complaining or bragging or being a beyotch and her german sucks.

    I'm with Zei, Miaka and Tama are just tooooo mushy for me. Actually, in Kimagure Orange Road every damn episode has this annoying couple that do this Romeo-Juliet number.

    For a while I thought Jun was Yurika's brother, just by the way they looked alike and the way she treated him...

    Yurika is a fav character of mine..sos Chiriko...

    annoying..hmmm that stupid Dog named Guitar from Violinist of Hameln..but hes a dog...
    female..Hikaru from Orange Road..shes just the most stupidest character to walk the face of the earth...

    I dont hate Chiriko...but they made him tooooooooooooooooooooooo cute. It would be better if they made him a girl so I could accept his girlish figure..!

    me thinks Nuriko is the cross-dresser...Chichiri has the blue hair with spiky lift that has closed eyes too much...
    Nuriko looks like a girl, with purply-blue hair.

    okee, CORRECTION, I like Chichiri, not Chiriko, and Chiriko, if a guy, must have Nuriko as a role model...or something...

    He's essential to the comedy of the show, but he's just sooooo annoying..always gets beaten up for that....then theres Yumeji...

    I find annoyingness hillarious. The quality is usually used for humour purposes...

    Megumi(from Kenshin?), annoying?...I wouldn't say that. She's more of a tricky, sleezy person...

    Hmm yes, Megumi did my head in. Her constant tagging along after Akito and whinging about him doing important things rather than sodding off back home with her to raise kids or whatever.... Well, it's basically a combination of every annoying trait I've ever found in the fairer sex [​IMG]

    In terms of male characters, a lot of them annoy me at various times. The urge to scream "Take the god damned stick out of your butt!" at the screen is sometimes overwhelming... I mean, I know the ineptness of male characters is a regular theme in anime, but couldn't it be a bit more subtle? Does every character have to be a Tenchi, or worse? Why can't we have more Gene Starwinds... a flawed character who did all the wrong things, a lot, but was believable and likeable all the same, rather than just plain inept...

    Yeah, Megumi from Nadesico kinda gets to me too. But Gai is the best, anyone who would say he's annoying must have a gekigang flare shoved up their **** !!!!

    [RANT]oooh.. are the big texts annoying you? I think I hear MTV laughing somewhere.

    I would sure hate to have to spend more than 5 seconds on a single thought, or worse yet, 1 second to decide to skip someone's post.

    And that reading.. sure does get annoying after a while. That's why I only watch dubbed anime. All that text detracts from the big eyes and such after a while. And books.. don't even let me get started.

    It is a real shame that not all people are able to reduce their entire thought process down to one sentance.

    There is some good in short posts though: they can rapidly inflate your post count. So can spam, but there's no connection. Just a coincidence. [/RANT]

    hehe of course not everyone has the same tastes, far be it from me to bend everyone to my style of discussion *cough* And of course, some are more busy than others.

    That said, I am surprised not to hear a chorus of "aye!"s about Happosai, and not to have to duck any tomatoes after disparaging comments about redheads.
