at the moment i think it's gohan....but goku and vegetta are the close followers.....then it goes picollo,crillan,tien,yamcha,chou szu,yagarobe,chi chi,bulma,kami, turtle

I'm gonna go with the Grand Kai on this one. You cannot even fathom the power of a bearded guy with sunglasses and a boom-box!
Seriously, though, there's just too many DBZ characters to pick from, and you really should say what point in the series you are referencing. They keep fluctuating, you know. And also, are you counting the dead guys who got to keep their bodies, like Frieza, Cell, the Ginyu Force, plus all the great warriors of the past?
