Fruits Basket Why does it seem like everyone likes Black Haru better?

I just happened to notice this when I dropped by the Favorite Characters thread - just about everyone who said they liked Hatsuharu also mentioned a preference for Black Haru. Now, first off... they're the same character. It's like saying you only like a certain female character when she's PMSing. XD

But seriously, what's wrong with White Haru? I like that side of his personality (I don't prefer it over Black, I... I just like Hatsuharu, all of him *shrug*). It's not as if he's completely, err... black and white. After the scene where Kisa bites him, remember his response to being asked if he'd discreetly turned Black (because he was being irritable)? "No, it just hurts and I'm angry" - something like that. His White side isn't shallow or boring or anything like that, so what's the deal?

Eh. I guess maybe people just tend to like the "bad boy" image, and poor White Haru isn't flashy enough to appeal, or something.

 

I Like both of them the same!
I can't speak for everyone,
but I personal like Black Haru because he is funny.

 

I like Black Haru better because that bad boy image is soo hot and he just has some really funny moments. I like White Haru and, what would you call a in between Haru, Gray Haru? Or is that White Haru? Or just Haru? don't get me wrong they also rock but I like this aspect of his personallity best.
