And yes I have played with a slinky recently in Physics, although it was to test patterns in waves [IMG]. And I know the Ten Commandments(I live by them!!).

You answered "yes" to 51 of 116 questions, making you 56.0% weirdness pure (44.0% weirdness corrupt).
According to the scoring guide, your weirdness experience level is:
Highly ‘Out There’ - But at least you can walk among us (if you’re careful).

I think I should have been able to double-check some boxes. Hell, I should have been able to quadruple-check a few, and even dodeca-check some more [IMG]! Hell, just being able to properly use "dodeca" in a sentence proves my oddity!
As for the Hamlet monologue, I was actually graded on that earlier in the semester, and I got one of the top marks in any of my teacher's classes. As a drama-geek/Shakespeare-freak, it's my responsibility to know whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune or to take arms against a sea of troubles and by opposing, end them.

GENTATSU: Will you dumbasses knock it off?
    NO: You talking to me?
ZANSHI: To die? To sleep? No more?
    GENTATSU [IMG]: NO MORE!!!
    NO: Fine, be that way.
ZANSHI [IMG]: Must I my quietus make with a bare bodkin?

By the way, I don't think watching cartoons is weird either. That is, unless every member of this site is weird ...

So, did you get the Hamlet? I'd wager I'm the only one of us who can do that [IMG].

As do I! SHAKESPEAREAN OTAKUS UNITE!!
I've got Romeo & Juliet (the best), Hamlet, The Merchant Of Venice (another favourite), King Lear, Othello, MacBeth, and others. I plan on writing an adaptation of R&J with a theme of rock bands instead of rival families in the future.
And as for Hamlet, I didn't like it too much, although I can identify with the title character. Where does the feigned madness stop and the reality begin? My mind is all a blur ...

To post or not to post, that is the question!
Whether tis nobler in the boards to suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune
Or to take arms against a sea of troubles,
and by posting end them? (don't know what that had to do with anything, but hey [IMG] )

And I agree, I should have gotten a higher score on this too...

I have Romeo and Juliet, and I have a bunch of others. I think that Romeo and Juliet is more of an action-love novel rather than just love. That Mercutio...And Tybalt...

    ------------------
What was the start of all this?
When did the cogs of fate begin to turn?
Perhaps it is impossible to grasp that answer now,
From deep within the flow of time...

But, for a certainty, back then,
We loved so many, yet hated so much,
We hurt others and were hurt ourselves.

Yet even then, we ran like the wind,
    Whilst our laughter echoed,
    Under Cerulean skies...

Mercutio and Tybalt?! Plaese tell me you're not implying what I think you're implying! Don't tell me you're one of those fools who look for homoeroticism in all of Shakespeare's works! I'll give you the benefit of the doubt, though, as I think it's plain that Tybalt and Mercutio hate each other.
As for love vs. active love (whatever that means), I've gotta say that this is not a play about love. I mean, everybody dies. Is that all that love is worth? Are our lives meant to be the forfeit of our short-lived passion? A blend of love and hatred, says the Zanshi. And this is such a great play, that even Leonardo DiCaprio's crappy acting couldn't ruin it in that movie. The guy who played Tybalt was cool though.
Dammit! I've led this whole thread astray!

A good new word is derogative, an expletive/derogatory comment.

I am apparently too normal for this crowd though [IMG]

Actually, you scored *higher*, you just happened to look in the wrong place... The number of checks you make add up your "weirdness corrupt" rating...

BakaMattSu, not as pure as most, but not as corrupt as "Lady Owie"...
