Gundam will Relena go for Heero?

Yes and No.

Yes cause he didn't kill her and he had many chances to.
No cause if she didnt get it his way to the point he would kill her.And she seems to annoy him

Relena is going for Heero...but I don't think Heero will go for Relena. Still:

Heero does go out of his way to save her an awful lot. Like, in Endless Waltz, when he goes off to save Relena, saying: "Relena's been kidnapped." Or in the series, when he saves her, then doesn't know why...several times, as a matter of fact.

In any case, it wouldn't be unlikely for them to end up together, but I don't want them to end up together.

LSS raises a good point too. In the Japanese version, there seems to be a bit of shounen ai going on. I'm pretty sure all the pilots are bisexual myself.

If Relena is smart enough, she'll stay away from Heero. which I don't think will happen. She'll just get hurt in the end. then yes, stalk him.
