    im not sure but i think the shadows are misplaced, his left cheek seems kinda chunky :sweat2: while the right one looks skinny, see?

    line art is cool :anime:

    I really love the expression in the eyebrows. if anything his left eye (our right) seems to need to be a little wider or down more. not sure. I think things like Chejo said cheeks and the eyes will work themselves out once you finish your cg. the drawing is great, you should finish it.

    yeah thanks guys. spent a while on this one, especially the face. which still needs work. the eye's were suppose to be different, with one a bit more open and the raised eyebrow. dunno, maybe it's wrong, i think i've been looking at it too long :dizzy2: . anyway, it's too hard for me to really change that now without a tablet. so i guess i'll just have to forget it. :anime:
    anywho, heres an update.
    and one with him in an afro (don't ask :sweat: )

    not yet^^. i'm waiting for my tablet to come in that i ordered. i figured i'd rather wait 'cause it's a more full cg job.

    His eyes are a lil bit beady, but I guess that's what gives that powerful, piercing stare. Are you gonna put text in the two black horizontal bars?

    :eek: OH yeah!! Graphic tablets--Weapons of mass creation! :anger2: Don't mess with us hardcore CG artists! :anger2:

    Also keep in mind though, that it takes at least a few days to get used to the pen.

    lol. doesn't look too bad. i've seen worse. mines gonna be a wacom graphire 3 4x5. possibly a 6x8. but more likely the 4x5.^^.

    yawn. got bored and finally finished it. though i'm less than happy with it.

    wow Pooms, second one is great! i love the textures you used in the chair and leaves, and her kimono is very well done too!

    the second one is really cool! It looks like its ready to be printed out as postcards. really cool. I like the coloring on the 1st one too.
