hey hey. found something new. it's a korean anime that's lookin' pretty damn fine.

Downloaded a fansub last month, will review after watching. I got halfway through it before I had to quite, it's really good so far.

 

I watched it all yesterday and I have to say that it is a fine movie. First thing to comment on is the animation... visually spectacular in every aspect. Story-wise the plot isn't complicated, nice and easy to follow but at the same time it isn't over-done.

Like Macross Zero, the use of CG is amazing and very well done. The motorbikes speeding across deserts are always satisfying to watch.

I better not go on too much but I highly recommended.

ok, i've seen it all now... and it's very well done. the cg is over done to my taste, but thats just me. there's some great moments in the flick, but i think some of the hand drawn stuff doesn't have quite the same fluidity as some of the greate japanese animes... but thats minor. you can really seen how long they spent on this. they've gone as far as possible to make it perfect. (i was surprised at the western music in it though.)
the flicks got a great atmosphere to it, and the world is alot more detailed and more 'there' than alot of sci-fi anime's.
definately worth a watch...
