Anime worst or best anime/manga characters ever to be made

well, this threads about characters that should have never been made in an anime or manga. You can have disputes on whether it is a good character or not depending on your thoughts. an example could be a a good character in a bad anime or reverse.There are no limit or restriction on how many you can have just don't make it an autobiography. So put your thoughts on the table kids!

Also I have never in my memory seen an anime character that didn't deserve to exist. Granted there have been some that I didn't like very much, but none that I thought shouldn't exist at all.

What can I say? I respect the work the creators have put into the series and I don't think saying "Oh, this person shouldn't exist" is rather rude.

Besides, all the series I've seen recently have been absolutely amazing, trying to find a bad character in them is attempting to find fault in perfection.

Although I can't help but wonder how He is My Master would have gone without Pochi...

 

i can't really think of any right now... ugh... OH! please don't kill me!!!! but sakura from naruto. i just find her ''overly annoying'' (haha...) but sasuke's right, she's really... 'uzai.'
