Anime Worst thread ever.

    Y'know those bits in the middle of an episode that appear when something important happens. Like the TRIGUN guitar riff or the bit in the Excel Saga where the word Slow as HELL subs usually appears. Me, I like the Trigun eyecatch (thats what they're called).

    If you dont care about that (and I wouldn't hold that against you)
    whats your havourite "in the next episode of..."

    I liked the ones in Tenchi in Tokyo, with all the characters flashing by, and Rio-Ohki's Mreow, so cute! ....

    The one I get most annoyed at is from Initial D when it goes "VRRRM"

    Yea! I get it. I like the ones on tenchi to Kyo. I think its all funny though.

    I think I sort of understand...hmmm, my favourite middle parts would be in Initial D! I just like the way the say Initial D everytime...

    Basically, the part in the middle of an episode where the network would normally insert a commercial break.

    My favourite's Initial D, for no particular reason.

    How about the recaps of the last episode? I like Sabre Marionette J's, with Hanagata saying something like "if you fully remember the last episode, please forgive me!". That cracked me up every time.

    Dude, that wasn't hana, was it? They used a really exaggerated old man voice for the recaps there...and I agree they are friggin' funny sometimes... "a...MAAAAARIONETT-EEEE!"

    Anyhow, back on topic, I must say:

    -the Excel Saga eyecatches must be the funniest I've ever seen, since so many are custom jokes...

    -SMJ just because I like the music/transition blends

    -Slayers Next, because it had the most....*interesting* character clothing choices and stances...

    -Oh! My Goddes' slot machines are kinda neat...

    -Yes, the Shin Tenchi eyecatches were funny (and Ryo-ohki scared me once 'cause I had my speakers up full...:))

    -Ranma Season One...y'know, the juggling acts...:) I wasn't too fond of the other season's eyecatches...

    ^^ i like the "SoulTaker" ones.. they use the characters.. my favorite is the one with Shiro tipping his hat.. he looks funny!

    i also like the "Sorcerer Stabber Orphen" ones XD *holds one hand up with her other around her wrist* Dun dun dun dadadat dadadat ^^;; it's just SO funny the way they do it.
    the Pokemon ones are annoying tho. "who's that Pokemon? it's Mewtwo! "I....am Meeeeewtwoooooo" @_@

    called "eye catches", they are used to pause for commercial...so, if it cuts away, they use the eye catch..that work for ya sweetie?*^-^* i like the bebop ones, and SMJ *^-^*
