Recreation would I be justified in this?

Ok all you people out there hear is something to chew on for a bit, just this morning in art class I noticed my buddy Josh missing from class. well come to find out as I was cleaning up some paint that had spilled on the floor this girl in the art room next to use told me that josh was in the hospital. Come to find out yesterday after school Josh was walking to Q.T. and two guys jumped him from behind and sucker punched him in the back knocking him out and he fell down and hit his head on the side walk, well in this his skull crated open and stared bleeding.
Well come to find out he’s in ICU and not doing good but the girl told me that his so sweet girlfriend had told her bother that josh had raped her.....Josh would never do that he’s a sweet kid never hurt a fly I've only hung out with him once and he was cool. But I can’t see him doing anything like that I could tell he was a genital person not some one to do that.
I would like you help should I and my friends go for the two boys and the girl or just leave it be? Cues I'm thinking that if Josh dose not come out of this or dies things will get ugly. But there’s your chew toy chew on it for a bit then tell me what you think

1. Those 2 Boys are Dumbasses and should have just went to the cops instead of putting someones life in danger
2. Do research on the Stuff that one girl told you
3. Dont fight those ****ers just report it to the cops

Tell Joshes parents and get those 2 guys sued for Assualt? I dont know the Laws in Canada so im unsure

If he raped her than the 2 guys should had done information on if the girl really was raped. You dont just spring into action when people just go out and say that.
If she wasnt raped and she was lieing i would be extremly pissed and i would to kill her and those 2 guys but i wouldent cause i would put in jail.
Do your research first on your friend to see if he really raped that girl than if you find out he did go to the cops and tell them about the 2 guys and you also will have to tell them what josh did
If you find out he didnt rape the girl than tell the police about the 2 guys still
No matter what your going to tell the police about the 2 guys

First of I must say teenagers are of course young and act stupidily. You must take the higher ground. Not just for your buddy but also for yourself.

Rape isn't a joke. This girl seriously caused this guy pain. She should have told the police which leds me to believe it is a lie.

Something similar at work happened like this. Well it was a rumor and I told his girlfriend that someone said so and so was raped by him. They talked and it never happened. Also the night it happened they guy was having his stomach pumped due to alchol posioning.

The point is the teenagers that jumped him will now have to deal with a lot of legal owes.

So take the high road. Stay out of it. Two wrongs will never make a right.

 

Charge them for attempted murder. You could also charge the sweet girlfriend for libel if it turns out it's false. And trust me, a criminal record hurts much more than a beating. On the other hand, if you beat them they could sue YOU for that.

 

you all are right in what you are saying, but some of it is wrong josh never raped the girl and the two boys did call the cops for josh to get help after the left. what i was think was not to beat them up but to make there life a living hell for the rest of there life, the two guys are facing charges and the girl is in pain all realy a girl i know got a hold of her and she basicly is showing her what she's did wrong. but if josh dose die then the two will be facing murder and may ge the death pent. cuse there over 18 and so was josh....i know this will sound young and stupied but i pray that if josh is to fail then they do die for it.
its is a waste of human life to hurt someone just cuse you think they did something wrong. the brother was just mad and wonted to help and protect his sis. but not like that, if that happend to my sis me and brandon would find out if it was true and if it was then we would beat the crap out of them. now go head long in to it and kill some one, corse if they did do it then that person should be shot. i just dont know what this world is coming to soon every things going to go back to the way it was in the old days. and josh has not gotten any better at all, i may go up and see him this weekend or sooner.

your all right but i do have good news Josh is ok, he came to the school today and said hi......he looks like hell realy pale and sickly, well i asked him if the cops wear going to do anything about it and he said yes about the two guys and his EX. Im happy they are josh didnt need this come to find out his EX got mad when she saw josh and a girl hanging out at the pool hall......shallow a?
but i hope all three go to jail and when they get out they cant get a job cuse thats stupied that some one would do that to a person and to jump him from behind as well....freacking losers they are. well just thought you all would like to know that.
