Art Yay! Kanoe!

This is Kanoe. She's the mascot for my website, and I'll soon finish her. But anyway, what do you all think. And yes. I know she dosn't have a nose but it's saposed to be like that. Anyway, this is the first pic I've ever scanned and I'm very proud. So. Tell me what you think.

Very good but...for some reason thehair of the left side of the head ("Right Side" in 1st person) looks rather...weird...

Ok. Here's my progress with coloring her. I plan on using adobe but I cant do her hair and skin. I keep messing her up. Can anyone help?
