when I needed you the most

to say goodbye

You were never there,
to hide me from the evil
to save me from chaos
to whisper 'i love you'

You were never there,
to see me smile
to hear my laughter
to comfort me...when I cried

You told me before,
how much I meant to you, but that was never proven
how much you wanted to be here, but you never came
how you wanted to help me, but you never did

Instead,
you lied to me, not just once but twice, and many times after
you tell me you hated me, and walked away
you screwed me over, like you did countless others
you come back, and tell me everything was a mistake...

Lies filled up my head. Hatred came to being...

I can say now...
I hate you now more than ever.
Because you gave me sorrow instead of joy.
