There shouldn't be a yes or no, if you have to get it right anyways. So instead of saying "Zatch's third spell is Ra Shield", just ask "What is Zatch's third spell?"

That way you don't wear out all the other names of the spells and when they were used, so you can make more question. MY suggestion at least...
