    this type of body excersizes are the same that Mr. Atlas sold for about 40$, he is giving most of the secrets free.

    this stuff really works
    I've been doing some testing on myself with this and I can say I'm impressed with the results it gave me for the legs.

    toned and hard, even considering I'm a 260 pound guy :D
    and add to that, a PC Gamer

    I'm gonna start to practice the chest and arms routine
    I did the firsts today... I'm actually feeling relaxed after doing them.

    you could try abdominal and chest ^^ it's almost at the end of the page, specific parts for touching up

    hmmm i think i will combined it with my weight lifting.. yeah that will do the trick. Ill do this when i dont wanna do weights ..Thanks SaberJ2X :D
