new anime can be better.. But thats if its a serious anime.. the new stuff thats not so serious SUCKS!

ya..some of the new animes are really really good..but i stell cant forget some of the old animes ...& i dont know way they disappear from video stores..they are really good & iam still searching for tapes of some of the old animes in video stors & in the internet..

 

Yeah. Remember Robotech (Macross)? I mean, what a story. I remember it very well because it showed the first mouth-to-mouth kiss in cartoons

It is a classic alright... you could get to know all the characters, and it was getting interesting when Rick Hunter and Lisa Hayes finally accepted their feelings for each other. Hmmm I wonder if the movie shows the wedding

Another one? Hmmm let me see... well I think that was the first interesting anime that aired on Mexico - before that there were just cuties like Heidi, Belle & Sebastian (the boy with the dog escaping from the police in Europe, remember?) Ah wait - magical girl Gigi, that was a good one...

Hmmm now that I think of it, very few GOOD (if any) anime series air in mexico. Most of the time it's just your typical "beat the bad guys with your superpowers" style of series.

Oh I give up. I think i'm not as a big Otaku fan as I thought. How about this - let's make a list of the best anime series ever... classified by categories? Sci/Fi, teenager-themed, fantasy/adventure ?

Oh wait - Transformers, it was anime, right? Yeah it was very good! Still, it was more of the episodic type. No character development stuff.
