While Kurama was trying to drown out the teacher's endless ramble, he saw the new kid walk in. He gave her a polite wave, then again focused on his rose. As he let his senses go, he sensed something. Something evil, and powerful, and it was right outside the school. Then he sensed two familiar powers.....

Kurama's eyes widened. He stood straight up out of his seat.

Kurama: Teacher, may I please be excused? I, uh, must use the restroom.

The teacher gave him an odd glance.

Teacher: Okay, but do try to hurry back.

Kurama ran out of the room with great speed, running straight for the energies he sensed. As he ran out of the room he heard the teacher yell sumthing about not running in the halls.

As Kurama neared the school entrance, he saw Utena, Urd, and that disrespectful barbarian Kaiba just outside. He ran out and stood by Kaiba and Urd.

Kurama: Thought you two could use some help...

With this Kurama looked at Utena and saw the black rose petals around her.

With this he smirked, and focused on the rose in his hand. He slashed out with it, and it suddenly grew.

Kurama: Rose Whip!!!!

Kurama looked back at the other two.

Kurama: Be careful, I sense an unusually strong amout of spirit energy coming from this one.

 

"We don't need your help Rose boy, or at least I don't." he said, smirking at the last part. That evil was back. If you wnat to fight evil, fight it with evil.
"I didn't wnat to fight you Utena, but judging by this scenario..." he began. "You're our enemy now and enemies must be conquered!"
At that last part he lounged at Utena with the sword of destruction in hand. He knew he wasn't as good of a sword duelist like she was, but he knew he had the power of his crads and his dragons on his side.
Like expected she dodged it. Kaiba just sent a water dragon at the female where she had dodged it.
"I'm not shwoing you any mercy, for if I do, then you'll just harm others." He jumped back, awy from the school.
"Come and get me!" he yelled at her.

 

The new kid saw Kurama wave at her and waved back. "Hey." she whispered. "Um...You're kinda cute."

 

The water dragon hit Utena, but she had enough time to turn her back towards it to lessen the pain. She was sent to the ground. She got up and quickly lept into the air. It appeared that she had disappeared from sight and everyone looked around in confusion. "Die! Seto Kaiba!" she shouted as she beared her blade down with fury. Luckily, he missed but she managed to slice a bit of his clothes. The Sword of Dios pierced the ground and cracked it. She slowly looked up at him with her dark eyes. She pulled the sword out of the ground and got up. "This poor girl...this poor pathetic girl...I just love having to make her fight against loved ones. Utena Tenjou...It's so much fun to manipulate her...to make her ache so." Utena said softly as she looked at her hands. (as you can tell, Utena's not really fighting them, it's the dam alien thingy just possessing her body). "These hands...these delicate hands...all they ever wanted to do was hold you Seto Kaiba...but now...I'll just transform them into the hands that will kill you!" She then dashed at him, her blade heading straight for Kaiba, he dodged it with quick accuracy and swiftness. Utena countered by slashing her blade to where he jumped to, a small cut lashed at his cheek. A maniac smile leered its way across her lips.

 

'All her hands ever wnated to do was HOLD ME!?' kaiba thought, the words just sinking in.
"Stupid alien!" he shouted. Utena loving him was better than Nuriko any ol' day!!!!
'There's gotta be a card to cure her or soemthing! Something to bring her out of being possessed!' he thought farnickily.
In the meantime he had to stall her, make sure not to hurt her and at the same time making sure she wouldn't hurt anybody.
using the sword to block anymore of her attacks he begn to look thru his deck mentally, he had memorized every card after all.
'Magic cards should have the exact same effect here as they do in the game right? That's it!'
Quickly he took a card to from his pockets that he had recently put in his deck just in case he needed to use it.
"yes!" he began. "Swords of revealing light!"
The card then glowed and 3 large golden glowing swords came down form the sky and surrounded Utena.
'This could at least buy me some time...'
"Utena, listen to me! I know you're sitll in there! come on fight it!" he began yelling, trying his best not to sound like Yugi Moto.

Urd looked at Utena, "Please,Utena. I know you can fight it!" She said, she wasn't going to let Utena lose herself to some stupid freak in a seed pod. But...other than try and reach her, she didn't know what else to do.

 

Kaiba hung his head in failure, nothing seemed to be getting thru the pink haired female's head, for she wasn't her normal self.
And then the swords disappear.
"What!?" he exclaimed. He then realized what had happened. The card only lasted 3 turns in the game so it only lasted 3 minutes in real life.
'I gotta think of something fast...' he thought. he then thought of how to hopefully get Utena back but it migth cost him.
He tossed his sword aside and stood there for evil Utena to stab him.
"Come on, do it! Stab me and we'll see if your little trick wil still work!" he shouted. Sure it was crazy but it might be his only chance.
That's whne he felt it.
The feel of hot, metal of a sword penetrating his skin. Then the feel of the blood being soaked up by his blue shirt. the pain! it hurt so much. He cringed and looked down at Utena who hadn't seem to be tkaing the sword out of his body yet, it would hurt more if it was left in. He weakly winked at her.
"Come on... I know you're still in there..."

 

The dark Utena's eyes filled with hot tears as she gripped the blade. "Kai...ba..." she said softly. It then hit her, in a blink, the darkness was gone from her eyes the real Utena was back. The flurry of black rose petals turned to pink and continued to dance around her and then slowly died down. The Sword of Dios exploded into thousands of rose petals. She had overcome it for now. The pain inside her head had subsided and she looked at what she had done. "Kaiba!!" she exclaimed as she caught him before he hit the ground. "Dammit!" she shouted as she cried. "I'm so sorry! I'm sorry for being so weak and pathetic! Please...forgive me..." she cried as she laid her head on his chest and cried.

Urd stood there for a moment, then ran next to Utena and Kaiba. She helped Utena lie Kaiba down so his injuries wouldn't get worse because of his position. She tried to smile at Utena, "Nice you have you back, Utena."

 

Raye had sensed the evil energy. She asked the teacher to go to the restroom. "I'm sorry I couldn't help" Raye said from the shadows. "My powers are gone" She added, trying to keep her calm. "I.. I won't be able to help anymore. Hope you guys can handle it without me" Raye said almost in a whisper. "Maybe now I'll be able to live a normal life again, who knows?" She added sadly and started walking back to the classroom.

 

Kurama smiled as he saw Utena reverting back to normal.

Kurama: I guess you didn't need my help after all.

With this Kurama took out a card and tossed it to Kaiba. It was the Gift of the Mystic Elf (sp?).

Kurama: You can use that to heal yourself. Consider it a good will gift.

With this Kurama put his dueling deck back up.

Kurama: Well, I'll be seeing you all in class, hopefully.

Having said this Kurama went back to class, and sat down by Raye.

Kurama: Well, that certainly was interesting.

 

"It's okay... it's okay..." he whispered to Utena as he cringed, stroking her hair. The pain was still there, still screaming out blood and still digging deep into his life force.
kaiba looked over and saw Kurama give him the Gift of the Mystical Elf card. He weakly picked it up and looked at it.
"I don't know if this can really help..." he began weakly. "This card only increases your power, I don't think it can heal a person... but I'll try..."
He held the card up and tired his hardest to concentrate but that damn hole in his chest was distracting. But he still managed to summon it. Soon he felt the pain lessen, but it was still there. The wound had been healed, but he was still weak due to blood loss. He tried to stand up but almost collapsed again.
Besides the blood form his shirt wasn't gone either, one glance at the shirt and at how weak he was and this whole situation would be revealed. That was the last thing he wanted.
"I... need to change shirts..." he managed to say.

OOC: for certain reasons only folks. Wanna see his scar? XD I DO!!!!

 

"...Urd..." Utena said softly as she looked at her. She slowly got up and onto her feet. "I...I can't stay here..." she managed to say as she was shaking. The sight of what she had done to everyone, the physical damage along with the mental. "I have to find a way to cure myself. I'll come back...one day..." Utena then reached for Urd's hand and held it tightly, "Take care of yourself...and of Kaiba... And if you should ever see me..." she said as she tried her best not to cry. Maybe she didn't have to finish her sentence...but in her thoughts she fininshed it "kill me"
Utena slowly released Urd's hand and then looked at Kaiba. She smiled as she gazed upon him. Utena Tenjou then turned and ran away.

 

"Whatever" Is all Raye managed to say to Kurama. She didn't really care at all what Kurama had to say and he was really starting to get on her nerves. "Madam, May I change places? I would like to go sit next to Urd" Raye asked. "No, You shall not change places Miss Hino"

Urd looked up. "Utena...wait. You dont..." SHe stopped. Right now she had to worry about Kaiba. Slowly she picked him up and started to walk into the school, heading torwards the nurses offic. She set him down. She walked to the offic and told them that he was hurt, and then came right back to his side. She didin't know what was worse, Kaiba getting hurt, or that fact the Urd couldn't think about it. She shook herself out of it.

 

Utena stood on top of a tall building. The sun was shining brightly and it warmed her skin. "I got to find an antidote...unless I rip myself apart...I can't do anything." she said as she slowly sat down and dangled her legs over the edge of the building. "I guess I won't be in school for a while. I wonder how Urd and Kaiba will be when I'm not around. Will they miss me...? Or will they forget about me...? I can't believe I actually stabbed him...I hope he'll be okay." she thought to herself. She sighed and she stood up. "I guess I better start hunting." she said. "No use of staying in one spot too long." She then looked up and saw what appeared to be a shooting star. It crashed on the outskirts of the city and a strong current of wind knocked Utena off the building. With quick reflexes, she grabbed the ledge of the building and pulled herself up, panting with fear. Smoke was rising in the distance and she heard an unusual cry. It sounded so eerie but so familiar. "Don't worry, I'll come back once it's all over." she said speaking to Kaiba and Urd. It was some sort of telepathic message. She knew a little bit. She could only send small messages. She then headed for the ladder on the opposite side of the building and started to climb down.

ooc: does that message sound familiar? It's what Aeris said to Cloud before going to the city of the ancients.

 

The new kid lay her head on the desk. She fell right through! "Ahh! Oof!" She rubbed her head. "Ow. That hurt." She put her hand through the desk. "Whoa. That is so cool." She jumped up and concentrating, she jumped through the ceiling. The new kid landed with a thud. "Uff!" She put her hand up to her face to block the sun from her eyes. "I just noticed, I HAVE A NEW POWER!!" The new kid jumped for joy.

 

"Utena wait!" Kaiba yelled as he watched her run away. But she kept on running.
'Damnit...' he thought before collapsing once more. Urd had then helped him to the nurse's office. He pretended to be unconcious by keeping his eyes closed till the nurse left the room for a sec.
And then he heard the message utena sent them. he opened his eyes and turned to urd, positive that she had herad it as well.
"Could you do soemthing for me Urd?" he began. "Could you go after Utena for me... and give her this?"
He then held up a card, his Blue Eyes White Dragon card.
"Give it to her, tell her she better make sure to bring it back..." he continued.

OOC: wai~ too much listenign to my kenshin obsessed friend >.< grr....

 

Serena woke up and realized she had missed another battle and she heard Rayes words about not being able to transform. She quickly transformed all the way up to Neo-Queen Serenity and walked to the class room and said, "I need to speak with Miss Raye Hino please."

 

Ooc: I'll be playing as Darien/Moonlight Knight

Bic: Darien entered the school and saw Neo-Queen Serenity at the door of a class room and gasped. He hadn't known that she would be here.
