    oooo princess mononoke wait you already have that one...anyone out there who doesnt should get it i also recommend ANY CD FROM COWBOY BEBOP!!!!!
    if you guys havent realized it yet i am a huge fan of that series...^.^

    Macross Plus, everything from Escaflowne, Jin Roh, Metropolis. Thats about all i can think of off the top of my head.

    Love Hina, Bubblegum Crisis Vocal Files, Bubblegum Crisis 2040 As Sekiria CD

    Bubblegum Crisis is great for those 80's style hits.
    And the 2040 is "techno cyber-punk" I believe is the words....

    Actually, if you want some of the BGC music to sample, just ask me...I'll send 'em if you want 'em. Truth to tell, see me online...just request...and I'll gladly just transfer 'em to you. Mebbe I should put up a list....

    Okay, I recommend ALL of the Utena sound tracks to you. Especially the one for the movie, Adolescence Mokushiroku (Adolescence of Utena/Adolescence Apocalypse). J.A. Seazer is amazing!

    The OST for the Cardcaptor Sakura first movie is pretty good. (Lots of instrumentals, great for writing fics. ^.~) Track 30 is sooo cool. And 2 is lulling...

    The Sailormoon S movie OST is also good. (Well, I liked it) ^^

    bebop are all good..trigun ones are great(get translations for the second donuts...the audio dramas are hilarious on that!), sakura are good. fushigi yuugi has a great one too...or 2 or so...anime best somps are neat if ya wanna hear diff stuff...there's a yearly one i can't think of..the first couple smj cds are really good!

    It dependson what you like though methinks ;)
    If you like dark techno stuff then go for Lain, Noir, Boogiepop Phantom, Macross Plus, Akira(I can't stand Akira's soundtrack though >.<).

    If you like Rock, go for FLCL!!and there are probably quite a few more like Black Heaven and such...

    And then you have fun upbeat music, for this go for Digi Charat, Saber Marionette J, Excel Saga, Lost Universe, Slayers, Ranma, Initial D and many more ^^

    And then there's classical and orchestrated and jazz music, for this I suggest Rurouni Kenshin, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Escaflowne, Cowboy Bebop, and anything by Yokko Kanno rules ^___^x

    Slayers! The Slayers soundtracks. *nod nod* Good.

    Yoko Kanno… *nod NOD* Yoko Kanno stuff=GOOOOOOOOOD.

    My Crest of the Stars and Candidate for Goddess soundtracks got here, but I have to pick them up tomorrow b/c we weren't here… *pouts* But I'll let you know about them.

    If you like instrumentals with rich orchestra-sounding sounds, try Crest of the Stars. (The series alone is enough to know you'd like the CD.) Same goes for The Candidate for Goddess.

    I really like the Sailor Moon best soundtrack, Seraphim has one of them ;) Also Candidate for Goddess' soundtrack is really great, I can't believe I forgot to mention these >.<

    there are a tonne of awesome soundtracks though, I haven't ever found one soundtrack with a song that I don't like ^^

    I got my soundtracks yesterday (as you may know from the reviews I gave...:blush: :sweat: ^^) and yes, the Candidate for Goddess soundtrack is G R E A T. More than once I've had the desire to cry like a fool. ^^; I love it to pieces. The Crest of the Stars OST is WONDERFUL. I highly recommend both. (But I think you already have CFG)

    The FLCL soundtrack rocks! It's almost completely written by a band called the Pillows, who are more proof that not all Jap Rock is bad. Also the Cowboy bebop and Trigun soundtracks are excellent (my fave on the Trigun has to be knives -it's awesome)

    eh heh...your kinda new yeah, nic? umm there's a "few" threads in the music stuff about the pillowz...lyrics, how cool they are that kinda thing...lol they're pretty big around here i guess..*^-^*
