Art CHALLENGE!! who can draw the coolest samurai scene!?

Honestly, I've been thinking real hard before posting this up. It's no where near what I wanted or expected it to be. And besides, I'm fell kinda awkward that I keep posting up my arts here. :shy: so I'll just keep it to a min from now on.

haha Chejo i recon its fair to say looking at your other work that you most certainly all mouth and no balls.

christabel its nice to see your work up here dont stop that last pic you just posted damn its well good the hovering in mid air is a bit weird but whateva floats your boat.
the face and everything is really good, is he ment to be in the air?? or is it just the way you have drawn it with a bit of background for effect?

 

nice pic christabel! Yove captured the effect of the sword glowing, or shinning very well. Looks quite mysticl and fantsay like.
Cheers nukita, probably took about half an hour. Becuase i didnt have to concertrate on making exact details, i just was really lose and wacked loads of ink on, once i had a basic outline sketch

 

Furi_Kuri, I started out wanting him to float but in the end it looks weird so I was kinda 'forced' to add in the stupid trees and house. Man I got another one here, honestly I've stopped drawing for this thread. Actually this one was meant for the friendly competition I've mentioned in another thread. I've just submitted it in so no more cool samurai scene drawing for me.

Type0, is it me, or are you the most self-obsessed person I know. You post your work to get comment and criticism from OTHER PEOPLE. Why waste 2 paragraphs explaining what you like about your picture and how it's better than Christabel's? Furi_Kuri, are you Type0's puppy or something? Every thread he posts in, you seem to repeat it halfway down the page.

i like the emotion coming from it, but its too abstract for my taste (i hate abstract ). But i like the part thats not abstract

same thing i said earlier. I love the bottom half, but not the top part since its like totally abstract.

 

I just did this to make it easier to see what is in the previous pic. 'cause I admit there is alot of ink
