well technically it is like slamming the back of a sword into another sword. technically it should have some very deep ruts in the mune *well ok the blade but its a sakabatou* from the edge of another katana. but...apparently it doesnt.

its odd and not possible. technically he should have had is poished after every fight *note* polishing to a japanese sword includes have a master reshape the blade with a series of stones it also is the polisher bring out the hamon, and the metal's grain *note end*

*laughs* yeah ^_^x; its actually quite a relistic show to begin with. most of the happennings are real. The Bakumatsu happened just as it was told during the rememberace Arc. Katsura Kogorou Existed as well as Takasugi Shinsaku and Okubo Toshimichi and Saigo Takimori.

quite. no offense to Watsuki Sensei but i think the guy who animated the Tsukiohen OVA knew a little bit more about sword fighting that Watsuki Sensei did...

most definately! the movements were so real that if you were an amatuer you could pick up a thing or two...but you shouldn't because it isn't a good idea to go aruond pretending your a swrodsman especially since it pisses the real swordsman who work their butt off everyday adn they picked up some things from an anime and they think they are the bomb...wow alot of steam blown up....heh;)
