Celebrations Entering the Navy

This isn't exactly a celebration really but I will be gone for the next couple of months due to boot camp. I didn't know where else to put this... so farewell to all for now... I'll miss you all and this board so much!! ~Luv Always, Athenna J.

I made it! I am now Airman Recruit Athenna J. yes i'm only an e-1 but i made it! I'll be able to be on every now and then and i can't wait to see you all on the boards more so Hi and thank you everyone!

Congradulations Airman Rec. How's Pennsicola Florida treating you? I'm curious which magical color of the rainbow you're going to school to be? Green, red, pruple, brown, blue, yellow? Fuel gal, ordinance, Aircraft Mechanic?

I've been in the Navy for over three years now, and I've been around the world on a West Pac/ Med Run on board the USS Carl Vinson. They've currently got me stationed in Norfolk Va, but I've spent some time in Washington in Bremerton. If you have any questions about life on board an Aircraft Carrier, life in Norfolk, What's San Diego like (if you get stationed on the West Coast), life in the Navy, life underway on Pac, or any other ibberish feel free to give me a message. I'm an AE for those of you that know what it means but i'm trying to get that switched to an AT... and my a school is actually at G. Lakes, il... i won't get down to pensecola for a month at the earliest and at the moment, b/c of computer glitches, i may end up on hold up here.. mayber not. Thanks for the congrats everyone. I just got to my a school yesterday b/c i was on hold at boot camp... and yea internet privelges and all leaving base priveleges were taken away when some of the males, and yes it was all males that made the offenses, broke the rules. see ya all around! ~Athena
