Right in the Eva's there are soul's right in unit 0 there is rei's soul in unit 1 it's shinjis mom and in unit 2 its auska's mom's so who are in the other Eva's and do you think they should make a movie that comes after the eva series explaining what happens to the rest of the characters

As for the rest, well no one really knows that it is Rei's soul in the Eva but it is the most likely answer, & Unit 03... well think about it, we dont hear about Touji's sister after she gets put in NERV's private hospital. As for the mass produced Eva's... could be the same as Unit 00

 

There's a whole lot of rumors abotu Rei's Eva. Some say it has no soul, other say it has the soul of the first Rei clone, others (including me) say it's the soul of Ritsuko's mom Dr. Naoko Akagi, who was the one who killed the first Rei clone and hates Rei because of her resembalence to Yui (both she and Ritsuko did). That would expalin why Eva 00 sometimes attacks Rei, like in episode... *tries to remember number* uh... 14 or 16... it was a review episode....

Is Eva Unit 05 was actually still in tack, it would have the soul of the person who was gonna pilot it.

1 no soul & Rei controls it like Kauro did to unit 02
2 Rei's soul in it & it wishes to return human rei to nothingness or hurt Gendo & Akagi for what they did to her
3 Akagi's mothers soul & well as you said

But we will never know until hopefully Anno gets bored & spills the beans (doubt it... he's back on his anti depressants )

As a matter of fact i'm sure he's one of the first people to have even seen the fansubbed one.

We were discussing this at an Eva Marathon (where we watched the entire series and all the films) about 2 weeks ago as a matter of fact. (the 3rd one in 3 yrs)

Thing about Asuka hearing her mothers voice, her mother said she had always been with Asuka... so that's not really proof that it was Asuka's "Mama" 's Soul in Asuka's Eva Unit.

 

I believe the thing with Ritsuko's mom Naoko and Eva 00. Taht would mean that the three important evas all had souls of important people at NERV in them. Yui created the plans for the Evas, Asuka's mom went CRAAAA-ZYYYYY after testing Unit 02 I believe, Yui mysteriously went missing when she tested Unit 01, and then Naoko killing the first Rei clone, when she herself made the Magi system, and then comitted suicide.

I think Unit 04, the one Touji piloted, had the soul of an angel in it. JK, I have no idea who could possibly have, damn... did Kaji die before Touji piloted that thign or after? I can't remember...

anyway my theory still stand's that its auska's mom in eva 02 but i dont think its tojis SIS in unit 4 but its a good theory. i giuss we will never now

If I remember correctly, Toji's sister was still alive when he piloted unit 4.

Shinji Ikari 2, he *did* see the series first, he was at a marathon :S

Personally, I think Naoko Agaki is in Unit 00.

Kaji died after the unit 04 incident.

What? Eva Unit 5 was a production eva, it was in the movie. Therefore, Kaoru dummy plug as pilot.

 

Blah, I'm just being stupid. I haven't seen the movies yet (damn, I spent my Christmas money on Kingdom herats because all the Eva stuff and good anime DVDs were sold out. DAMN) In fact I only own 1 DVD and have watched other episodes courtesy of my one friend and her brother, which sucks. WHY DO I HAVE TO BE SO POOR!!!???? T_T

Wait... did I mix up unit 03 and unit 05 again? I remember one of the Evas was destroyed before it even made the scene and GAINAX released pictures of it to gte us fans all riled up. I thought it was 05... but maybe it was 03... Blah...

 

That would be Unit 03, which disappeared along with all of NERV's second branch. Unit 05 was a production Unit in the movie.

It was unit 04 that was destroyed whilst testing the S2 engine & for some reason they did show pictures of it somewhere... it was red btw, i even heard that they made a site of it briefly :s as for unit 05, i think they stopped making it for they said they shipped it's components over to NERV as spare parts for unit 02

 

No it wasn't. It was silver, there's a picture of it's head in another thread somewhere. There's also an action figure of it. Looks kind of like a cross between 2 and 3, if I remember correctly.

Yeah I know about Unit 05 and which one it is and what it looks liek, it's also technically, Unti 05 to 12, (there's 7 of them... or is it 8? Danm math!)

It's scary.... I watched AMV of EoE and I remember Asuka fighting them.

 

I found the fight funny... Asuka against 9 lipstick wearing whale headed gimps

& sly.... before you say anything else... besides that peice of missinformation, the rest are theories (I'll have to go correct the one that told me it... pity the forums dead now)
