There's too many to name... I do have a lot of asian foods I love though. Thai is really good, I had some authentic stuff when I was living in South Dakota (yes, there was a family I got to know really well, they had moved in from Thailand)
I also was introduced to Korean when I lived in Florida... I've discovered I have quite a liking for Bulgogi (I don't know the romanization) and Kim Chee.
Chinese has some great tastes in it too... I couldn't point out any in particular that I'm fond of... just generally partial to the whole range of them.
Japanese has Okonomiyaki and Sushi.. two of my all time favorite foods... Then there's curry (the japanese variety.. I haven't had Indian curry) all the various soba and udon out there are nice, and let's not forget sukiyaki and all it's relatives... so good... gotta have a sukiyaki with the raw egg again soon.

In other words... I really don't have any that I dislike........

Do I need to say anymore? Of course my country's food is the best!

Yo sushi is the best sushi bar I've been to but it really is quite expensive there, not ideal if you go with lots of friends and all are mega hungry, you could be spending £50 on just one person ($75) Chinese food is a lot cheaper and why the heck do they need to be so damn cheap as well (compared to other asian food)

I pretty sure its 'satay (meat name)' its got a thick, brownish sauce which looks a bit like curry right? and it's peanuty..... am I correct?

Dude, remember that time I made you some autentic Kimchi? I do make my own ramen, yes...

I *love* curry rice, ramen noodles, miso soup, Thai coconut lemongrass soup, and, yes, it is junk food, but I love Shrimp chips. They're the best junk food known to mankind.

    Sushi owns, too.

I like sushi. The only problem is that i've only had a small selection of it. Theres a food market in Dublin on saturdays and sundays and theres a stall there that sells sushi. I'd love to get my hands on some other sushi. I don't know if theres a name for it but whats the name of the sushi with the small pink bit in the middle thats got what i think is rice all wraped around it and its all held togther with sea weed.(if theres another name for sea weed i'm sorry but i don't know it).
oh and what is that wasabi stuff made from. I put a tiny amount on it and it nearly blew my head off. Anyway i like sushi and i want more of it, thats the point i'm trying to get across.

Once I told my friend who was trying sushi for the first time that you can't taste wasabi unless you cover half the roll in the stuff. So he dunks it in the dish and put the whole thing in his mouth. (he's a pig) He never did try sushi again. Or regain his senses of hearing and smell. *devious grin*
I can't get enough of honey chicken!! *crave* It is the best food ever made.
I'd eat it every day if I could

I believe wasabi is a paste made from the Wasabi Pea, of the same flavor.

As for the form of sushi you mentioned before, I think that's called a California Roll, but I'm probably wrong.

ACk >< Sorry by raw fish just isn't my thing, every time I go to a Sushi resturant with my friends, the only thing I ever order are vegetable Sushis. But my favorite chinese food would definitely have to be General Tso's chicken with just the right amount of Spice. >< That stuff is really good but people told me that isn't really considered as "real" Chinese food. ^^ But Hey, it's good. oO Or lo mein... that stuff is really good too. :anime:
