Actually, the outfit you see Yuna wearing all the time has little to do with what she'll actually look like...she and the others actually have the option to change clothes as you go with different jobs. It wouldn't surprise me that Square uses that to just draw attention. I like it though, it's like...Yuna meeting Lara and meeting Alucard. LOL.

You said it yourself, tough guy.

And I finally saw the costume I think you're talking about. And I don't actually see the problem. Of COURSE there's always gonna be fanservice. And 'sides, if this just means that Yuna, and Rikku, and Pain are more likely to go underwater and whatever (because Yuna looks more capable now than just wearing that kimono thing) then I'm all up for it. And besides, Rikku looks wild. ;)

And Parasite Eve? Remember that? It was a hit, and so was the second. And y'know...Eve was naked half the time in PE1, and Aya had a shower AND bed scene in PE2...and those were GREAT games. What makes you think that Square would make it any less spectacular for a series "sequel" (finally, since FF never had a real sequel in any of their one-shot wonders) that deals with a game that sold out within hours.

I can agree though, sex sells, and they're exploiting it. Business and profit, suck, ne? But, in all honesty, if they can change their outfits, I'm probably going to go for something that matches my computer scheme. ;)

Well, I wouldn't consider a naked "eve" as much of the sex sells propoganda, unless giant mutated michondria that want to kill you is your type of thing. Now if it was Aya - well, that's a different story.

I guess I'll just have to wait for more details on FF X-2 to be revealed, and then I'll decide whether I'm up to the purchase or not.

Yeah, Rikku looks wild, but I liked her look better in the first game. I guess I like my girls to be more conservative.

The Third Character is Called "PAIN" and she is a Tomboy... check her out at:
    ''''About Pain
    Age: 18
    Job (default): Fencer
    Height: ?
    Weapon: ?
    Birthplace:Unknown
    Information
Paine, an 18 years old female in Rikku's Seagull sphere hunter team will be accompanying Yuna for so called 'her story'

Pain is one of the new characters in the game. By looking at her name 'Pain' you can tell what kind person she will be without meeting her. In the game she is cold and a cruel person, who does not reveal her feelings to others. Pine has been with the Kamome Dan and has been traveling around looking for spheres longer than Yuna. Also she searching to find her past and she speaks good Al Bhed.

During battles, you can use the Dress Sphere to change the job class and costume of the character. There is a short transformation sequel when you use the dress sphere, similar to the transformation scene in cartoons like Sailormoon.

She's yum, tbh. There aren't enough tomboys in games these days. There are a lot, now. But still, it's good to see tomboys. :D

I hope FFX-2 will be different from FFX...I didn't like it. I never got the same "bond" to the characters as you do in the older FF's, like FFVII for example. I also misliked the Sphere Grid System, and the game is too one-tracked.

Yea, not readin n e instructions for games does have it disadvantages.
i didnt have a clue what the sphere grid was all about and i thought i was doing really well at the begginin when i thopught i was already on level 9 ( the system whihch is used in FFVIII where u'd gain levels) only to find out by a mate that i was supposed to use those levels to gain strength, magic, speed, luck and all that sh*t. :shy3:

I didnt like it that much though, too much hassle.

Yeah Disliked.... Well, the story and the characters just fade when you match them with the FFVII CHaracters....And FFVII was the first FF i played, so I had kind of a special "bond" to it as well

Everyone thought she was some kind of crossbreed between Lulu and Tidus, because some shots or artwork of her looks like she's holding Brotherhood. Or that she IS Lulu, only...like THAT. But, no, I don't recall ever reading that there IS a connection between them. I do remember reading Square denying that Lulu thing though.

Yeah, if THAT is freaking wierd, it's probably just as wierd that a woman would sleep with a dead-unsent guy.....*chills*

Don't you like....loose your ability to...y'know...have children when you're dead?

There's speculation and "evidence" of being able to call monsters, but in technicality "summoners" themselves are no longer existent. That leads me to believe why Yuna doesn't carry a big stick anymore. Either that, or she's watching too much Trigun. Or Hellsing.

In any case, Pain being Auron's daughter is feasible, Kenshin. I mean, she seems older than Yuna, which would put Auron to be still alive when Pain was conceived. What would be wierd is that Auron didn't seem to have anybody connected to him at all during any of the dialogue, so just popping up Pain there would be rather odd.
