Anime full metal panic!

A 17 (or 16) year old soldier called 'Sagara Sousuke' who lived through wars pretty much his childhood is assigned by top secret international anti-terrorist organisation 'Mirthril' to protect a 17 year old school girl named 'Chidori Kaname' in Japan because she has some information embedded inside her mind which the Russian KGB and other terrorist organisations wish to have. However she has no knowledge of what this information she has is because it was already in her before she was born. So 'Sagara' a battle-hard, war-nut, mega military serious had to blend into Japanese society and was basically entrusted his life to protect her at all cost, but his over-protective and obvious attitude caught Chidori's attention and being a short-tempered girl finds him quite annoying but at the same time hides her inner affection towards him... And throughtout the story you get scenes of some mecha action, kidnappings, and the one-off occassions for some comedy.
