Anime Game:Name that....quote?

Yeah, it's like all the other games, but this one runs on quotes.

So to make it as simple as it is, I'm gonna start it off.

I'm making it that it can be from both Anime or Cartoons, but if you guys pick a cartoons, give a hint that it's a cartoon.

Guy A:It's cheatin', Restart the Game

Guy B:Man, why you gotta say the game cheat when you loose?

Guy C:Let him have it, it's not wise to upset a Wuncler

*Shoots the PS2*

Guy A:Restart the game...now!

There's no DUB subs, so it's obviously a cartoon, it should be easy since I gave the name away.
