They are awefully cute. But I have to agree that they don't look very good at the side view.
Hamtaro is like Pokemon and digimon, which are anime I totally hate.
A Big sorry to all the Hamtaro, Pokemon, and digimon fans.

I'm into serious anime with people being the main characters not animals (Fruit Basket is an exception).

 

i had a hamtaro wallpaper on my computer, and my mum came into the room and said "i thought u didnt like pokemon!" lol. so it must look like pokemon in a way

 

I suppose you could confuse them for a pokemon like pikachu...
I see no relation between Pokemon/Digimon and Hamtaro though outside of that.

 

maybe penelope could be mistaken as pikachu because their both yellow and cute! and she was on my wallpaper! lol :catgirl:

Heheh, I love Hamtaro!! I've got every episode on tape! Cappy is the best, he loves his cap! Hmm, I had two little hamsters a while ago before Hamtaro, the one stayed in its house and never got out he just kinda layed there amoungt his droppings and such. The other one played arounf in the cage, untill I woke up and he was just skin and bones, don't ask me how that happened, and the one in the huse was dead, a little while later the second one died. :sad: :sad:

It's ohkay, that happened a long time ago.

 

Didn't expect myself to be Hamtaro as my #1 match....I'm usually the main charcter of the game/show when I take those quizes. Anyway.....I watch the show sometimes. Usually when I don't have school....they moved it to 10:30.

 

i know the animation and the plot line sux but they r soooo cute!
