Hmmmm, it should be. Maybe muggle refers to terms for the caretaker, or step parent or soemthing. So perhaps yes, he does mean his grandma.

Muggle is non magic folk. So as long as who ever takes care if him isn't a witch or wizard. It could work.

And actually, Neville isn't raised a half-wizard, half-muggle person. They all know he's a pure blood, but raised by his grandmother since his parents are...you know already.

 

The should be out June or July 2005 unless they delay it.

 

From a discussion board about this, they believe that Harry is not the hero after all. He is too closely linked to "Voldermort". They believe it's Neville who will be the hero. They also discussed they believe this book is the where most of the unsolved mysteries from Books 1 to 5 will be answered.

I think that Harry is will be a lot angrier than he was in Phoenix. Everyone's keeping information from Harry since he and Voldermort can see what each other's doing.
