Cowboy Bebop How would you have done it?

This soulds like a cool idea Spike. I think it would be awesome to see Vicous develop and to see how he handled things. Maybe we'd also find out what happened to him to make him such a nut bar. Even if it were a single DVD or 2, it would still be interesting and be able to fill in some gaps about Vicious's past.

 

Theres no point in doing that now.....the only thing that would matter if they come out with a new series of cowboy bebop. I mean what would have happened if spike didnt die....wouldnt he have like a new nemesis or something like that.

 

Its easily the best ending to anything I've ever seen (anime or not). NO CHANGES ANYWHERE!

Its very appropriate... seeing as how Spike and Vicious always say they are the only ones that could kill each other... its perfect that they really do.

This way Vicious gets revenge for Spike leaving the syndicate, and him stealing Julia.

Spike gets revenge for Mao Yenrai, and Julia.

I would've lost a lot of respect for the series if Spike survived the final battle with Vicious... besidies it would've been an insult to the biggest badass in Anime (vicious)

The thing is, I don't belive he's really dead at the ending. I mean, HE IS, but I think it'd be easy to bring him back. Maybe older, comes back for a special reason, could be a good a short series, maybe ten episodes.

The main problem is that it's so unbelievable Vicious could kill him, since he gets in about half a dozen other situations where you think he's dead and then he wakes up in bandages. I fail to see how this part was any different. There should have at least been more visible damage to him, like an enormous wound from the sword across him. I believe they left it deliberately vague for a reason...

Though, I do see your point; I think you're underestimating Vicious a little bit, there.

Vicious wouldve killed him in session 5. The only reason he survived was because faye and jet saved him. Faye says it herself "you have to be thankful to me"

Vincent wouldve killed him in the movie, but he got saved by the indian guy's friend.



this time.. it was one on one.. no one to help him.. So he died from the bleeding caused by Vicious final blow

I wouldn't do anything different except have him and faye have a night together to add depth to there relationship.

I didn't see the ending, but I know he dies. That unbeleiveably SAD, people. Then again, it sounds so... emotional and perfect, i gues it wont be so bad. Know I have questions- Whats with shooting star, the new manga? It says its the same series with an "alternatte ending" sounds good... maybe it wont be so SAD!!!

And the cowboy bebop movie comes after the series, whats with that.

 

Alternate Universe not alternate ending. It is another scenario of the same series. You should see the cover. Jet looks funny...

 

I havn't seen the end of bebop but i probably wouldn't change it because i don't like to change the original.

 

Gets you thinking....imagine spike died in session 5.....then it would have been a 5 episode anime LOL and now you realize how lucky spike has been.
