You doubt they could? People do random stuff all the time. I tried to kill myself once. No one saw that coming.

Not just us, sometimes useful. NOT EVERYONE. The FBI and CIA are not out to stick people in jail for laughs. As much as you want them to be, they're not.

'Least we managed to get the Brits out on our own time.

what?? I am assuming you are referring to the "war of independance" ... are you aware that the americans had a lot of help from the HATED french ridding themselves of british rule? .. you didn't do it on your own kids.

er no.. no one is laughing, this is quite a sinister and disturbing turn of events..

Ability does not equal doing it.

But being jailed without even being told why is hardly freedom.

I'm sure the Native Americans would like to have a word with you. Certainly wasn't fair to them.

    oopsie...hit a bit a of a nerve there.....

I'll just bow out, shall I? Focussing on the faults with no reference to the things we do right puts us all in a tight spot.

Eh, I'm not the one killing folks, or blowing up my own house, or myself. I don't try to get arrested at protests because my friends say it's cool. I just sit around waiting for my college tenure to end so I can become a sailor and make some poor bastard die for his country.

No one looks good in the spotlight when people only want to see everyone else fall on their a$$es.

Hmm the FBI says that your friends are guilty and you disagree.

Quite frankly who the hell are you?

These people are paid professionals who's job is to hunt down crooks and nail them to the wall.

Are you a trained member of a law enforcement agency? Do you know everything your friends have ever done? Do you know their drug records, all of it? The FBI does.

Why would the FBI make up evidence so that they can hold some random dude in jail. They could, dont get me wrong they have the resources, but why would they? There's no motive. I doubt your friends are important enough for the FBI, one of the top agencies for the most powerful and influential government on the planet to break every rule they stand for to incarcerate.

Oh, and God Bless the USA

    You want FBI failings?

    HAVE SOME.

August 22, 1992, "Randy Weaver went to see his son's body in the shack where it lay. He was shot and wounded from behind by FBI sniper Lon Horiuchi. As Weaver struggled back to his house, Horiuchi assassinated his wife Vicki as she stood in the doorway, holding their 10-month-old baby. ... possibly the worst was their taunting of the Weaver family after Vicki Weaver's murder: "Good morning, Mrs. Weaver. We had pancakes for breakfast. What did you have?" That was one of the FBI's tactics revealed in court records, reported by Jerry Seper in the Washington Times in September 1993." --FBI Siege of Ruby Ridge ... Larry Potts was the senior official in charge of the operation. Not only was he not prosecuted, Freeh promoted him to acting deputy FBI director.

Check out a few more things the FBI would rather not own up to!

Oh I love to see how brain washed you yanks are I really do :)
Have you ever heard of the term "Political Prisoner"? They where put in jail simply because they where kicking up a too much fuss about certain political parties ect. And seen as they WHERE IN IRELAND at the time the FBI say that they committed these crimes I just MIGHT know a tat bit about if there guilty or not thanks very much. Now go back to your sofa, sit down, eat some pork rinds and forget anyone said anything, just like you do when your government makes a mistake.

Or go on about how “the police are trained professionals and how great they are”, seen as im a son of a some one who was put in jail for 2 years for “Assaulting a Police officers hand with is face”, I must be a Soviet spy or a Terrorist and thus my experance with this kind of thing MUST be invalid.

    Brain washed yanks?

Come on give me a break.

Ever heard of the Vietnam War? Personally I thought we should have got the hell out of there, most people in the 60's and 70's agreed with me. They protested, they marched, they organized. Why did they do this? Because it was their civic duty as members of a free country to express their opinions. If they were all just brain washed yanks would they do this?

Ever heard of the American civil rights movement?

Ever heard of the anit-Persian Gulf II Movement in America?

Do I agree with every protester of my government in history: no.

Do I support their right to express their feelings and opinions about the government: Damn right.

If the US Govt "brain washed" its people dont you think we would be all in agreement with Bush?

Oh and the comment about eating pork rinds on the sofa is just plain insulting. You wanna toss insults like children? Your on your own I wont stoop that low.

In the future, if you wanna disagree with me: go right ahead its your right. But have some class.

I know all Americans are not in agreement with Bush, but tbh with some of the biased news coverage we get, it's hard to believe it.
