RPG Archives Into the Wind Season 2

OOC: There is one thing that I must add, other people may join. This is Season II after all. New characters can show up if they please. They can be ally or enemy. I would find it great if someone were to show up and add to our story.
Okay, for those who hasn't read the old RPG, it really isn't that hard. Here's the revised version for ya -

Aeralyss, a girl who has once given up her title as princess long ago, has sought out to regain her title and kill her sadistic father. Her father's crime- killing her mother and ruling the land with only hatred and evil intentions. With a group of courageous people, she has done just that. Her maniac father was killed and she regained a long, lost brother (Aarzon) and a cousin as well, (Karmi). She nows takes her place at the throne-but what's this? A friend from long ago- Prince Xavier- now seeks to kill her?! What's going on?! Oh, I see now! Prince Xavier was only a disguise for a demon to kill me. But where is Xavier? He might REALLY be out to kill Aeralyss. Obviously, the king mustn't have been too nice to the demons so now they all seek to kill Aeralyss. But Aeralyss doesn't want to leave her throne and abandon her new authority. It is now the time to decide what to do. Will they go to the demons and find out just what is wrong...or will they allow the demons to come to her and destroy everything in their path in order to fulfill their greatest fantasy- killing the new princess in exchange for the king's life.

Now that all of that has been taken care of, feel free to join any time. If you are confused about anything at all, PM me or Karmi. Now, on with the show!

BIC: Aeralyss headed up towards her room. The air was still and silent around her. She ran her fingers along the cold, stone wall. She passed up her room and decided that she was going to sleep in...yeah...her mother's room. Her room was filled with paintings of herself and some of Aeralyss as a child. She also saw some of her father. "Bastard." she said under her breath. How could a woman such as her mother, one full of light and love, care for a man that would only abuse her in the way only a man could? She laid down on the bed. Despite how long it has been since she barely escaped the palace...the room was still kept clean. Not a speck of dust anywhere. She sighed as she cuddled with a pillow. Her mother's scent was still on it. Tomorrow was going to be a tough day. Hopefully she would hear news of Xavier, the real Xavier, and how he was doing. He did live on the other continent after all. But what about the demons? What should she do? It was just like her father to dump everything on her...leave her without nothing. The townspeople still didn't know of her arrival so tomorrow she would have to make that known. She sighed as she fell asleep.

 

OOC: Ok, but ROD, I was wondering if you could put me in the revised version, I amean I am you cousin after all. OSrry if I am being annoying.

IC: As Karmi slept, a horrible vision came to his head. This wa the dream:

The next day as ,Karmi knew, Areyalss was going to introduce herself to the town. As he watched with great admiration of his cousin, a creature tackled her from behind. Then 100's of them came and began fiercely destroying the town. A shdow casted across the sun and he looked up. He saw a dark mage looking outfit ona figure about as tall as he was. The sun shadowed his face making him incognito( Hidden). The man was laughing pitfully and holding another man who had a crown a a long blue robe on. It was Xavier. The evil man flew up high enough to become a dot and cast a spell calling upon a pack of hell hounds. He dropped screaming Xavier and..................

Karmi awoke sweating and gasping for air. He got out of bed, created a light ball to giude him through the dark castle and went to search for Areylass. <I must warn her.> he thought.

 

Aarzon was also having trouble sleeping that night. His body had taken a lot of damage in the previous battles. His vow to protect the remaining members of his family was taking a toll on his ability to heal, and he too was seeing images in his sleep that caused him to awake suddenly.

When he was being trained among the elves, he was taught various ways to recall what troubled him in the dream world. Although he was completely drained at this point, he knew what needed to be done. He quickly got himself dressed and headed to the top of the look-out tower in the wing of the castle he had been staying in. When he reached the top, he sat in the center of the room and began to meditate to bring his body to a calmer plain. When his body reached this state, he was now able to see these images as clear as if they were standing before him.

I am standing in the center of the town. Karmi is at my right-hand side. Everyone seems very happy as my sister addresses them for the first time as their new queen. For some reason, I feel as though we are being watched by more than just the town folk. All my senses are alerting me of danger. Something attacks Aeralyss as she is talking to her people. All of a sudden there are creatures everywhere. It is another demon army!!!! A dark figure stands before us holding another in his clutches. The prisoner is Prince Xavier, and he is badly beaten from first look. I can not make out the creature who is holding him, but I can sense great evil from him. My God!! It is the DARK LORD !!! Everything goes dark at this point.....

Aarzon was snapped out of his trance. His body was shaking uncontrollably. 'I need to warn the others. I can't let Aeralyss go into the town as planned.'

Aarzon quickly jumped to his feet and headed back into the castle to warn his sister and the others......

 

The sun rose slowly as Aeralyss opened her eyes. "I must have fallen asleep." she said as she rose and stretched. She then exited the room and entered her own. She opened her dresser and it was lined with dresses. Most of them were so small...when she was only a child. A flashback then took place-

"Aren't you going to put on that dress?" her mother asked her. "I don't like dresses..." Aeralyss said as she hung the dress back up. Her silver hair hung down in curly tendrils...just waiting to be placed atop her head accompanied with a tiara. Her mother sighed and her father then entered the room. "Put on the dress." he said, his voice was emotionless. "But-!" Aeralyss tried to say but her father drew back his hand and slapped her hard across the cheek. Aeralyss stumbled and fell on the ground. Her mother gasped in shock as she covered her hands across her mouth to cover the expression. Tears began to fall from Aeralyss's eyes and she stood up. Her father then grabbed her around the neck and pulled her from the ground, she couldn't breathe and she gasped for air. "Why must you make me angry...?" he said softly. Her mother then grabbed his arm, "Let her go!!" she screamed as she let go of his arm and took Aeralyss into her arms. "Darling- you don't have to----" her mother's voice then trailed off....

Aeralyss sighed as she looked in the mirror. She's a grown woman now...well not a woman...more like a lady...
She then grabbed the white dress and dressed. Everyone should be gathered by now. She then made her way to the top of the castle...but paused to look out the window. Yep...everyone was there. She smiled softly.

 

Aarzon ran to where his sister had been staying. Without knocking, he bursted into the room.

Aarzon: "Aeralyss, we have another problem. I have been getting to visions all night concerning the events to take place today. We must cancel the ceromony. If what I have seen happens, we may be facing our greatest challenge yet. I think you need to try and contact Prince Xavier. We have to know if he is alive or dead."

 

"YOu're brother is corret" said Karmi coming inot the room. "I have also had these visions. Arazon ad Karmi touched hands and transefered eachothers dream. Knowing now that they had had the same one, they touched Areylass and started to transfer.

 

Aeralyss was speechless. This vision...what does it mean? She opened her eyes after seeing this disturbing dream. "But...everyone is already gathered in the square!" she exclaimed, "Alright...I'll tell them."
Aeralyss walked past them, sliding a dagger off a chest as she walked and she tucked it into her dress.
She then made it to the top of the castle and looked down at everyone. "I'm terribly sorry, but you all must go! Go now! It will be rescheduled for another time! Please you must-" she tried to say but then, she felt something slash at her cheek. Moment's later, her skin barely separated and blood trinkled down her face. She touched it and looked at the direction it came from. There it was...a winged demon...it's red eyes stared at her and it made her form chill bumps on her body. "Oh damn..." she said. The demon didn't move. Instead, it seemed quite interested in what she was saying.
Aeralyss took a deep breath. She then looked down at everyone again. "If you do not leave now...I will burn all of your houses and slay all of your children." she said and she watched them gasp as they walked away. She sounded so much like her father. "God damn it!!" she thought to herself as she glared at the lone demon.

 

Demon Man Lay off the Lady NOW! I will get this i want to take care of this one . a dark figure steped out of the shadows.

Bio: Arrogent, untrusting, warm hearted when you get to know her. She once was a samurai fighter for hire, but later saw the wrongness in killing, so she wondered off until now.

BIC: Aeralyss looked at the young man, Nick, with glaring eyes. "What is it that you want? You do know you're disturbing the peace..." she said, smiling with a hint of saracasism. She watched him draw his sword and then she reached for her dagger. "This is just great..." she thought to herself as she touched the daggers handle inside of her dress. She then unsheathed it, it's tiny blade looked no match for his sword. "Brother..." she said softly, "...Karmi...Where are you...?" She was obviously in a bind...
Why the hell did she have to take a stupid dagger when her sword was a much better weapon. And why the hell was she in thid god damn dress?!
"S**t!!" she muttered under her breath, not moving from her stance.

 

That a streak of light flashed infront of Aeralyss, and unsheathed the Katana from the sheath. "Don't worry" said the figure infront of Aeralyss

 

Karmi Ran up the stairs, Arazon following. "Whats going....." h elooked at NIck. "Oh no you don't Evil Nick, you shall parish under my eyes!" "White lighting!" he scearmed. Nick flew back and Karmi floated off of the balcony. "I will deal with him" he otld them. "I shall tell you if I need help."

 

Aeralyss gazed at the figure in front of her, she didnt know how to react. "W-Who are you?" she asked the figure. Her dagger was still in her hand and a bead of sweat trinkled it's way down her cheek. The place was successfully evacuated and that one thought calmed Aeralyss. It was then that Karmi shown up. "K-Karmi!!" she exclaimed, happy to see him. Her smile then turned to a frown. "Damn it!!" she shouted out as she turned and ran. "I made myself look so defensless..." she thought to herself as she ran down the steps.

 

You think that can hurt me young man haha. Dark energy.
Suddenly a big black electrec ball appered and came down on areylass and Karmi. i will see you weak lings later LET me remind you dark energy will effet your minds as well as you body. and that was only a taste of my power. Ha and walks away the dark enery is so strong it knocks out Arelass and karmi and gives them a lot of cuts and seveir wounds.

 

The dark aura surrouned Aeralyss, and as stated, gave her lots of cuts and wounds. She leaned against the wall, her dress was in shreds as she bled. She got up though, not letting this sphere keep her from her sword. She didn't watch her step though, as she descended the stairs, she weakly stumbled and fell down the stairs, and she fell unconscious.

 

Later at the moutain of death IC: yes master i knocked them out and gave them cuts and bruises i will not heal quickly but with Karmi there he will heal them with his ligt magic

 

the aura wore off and Karmi awoke. "Princess Areylass! NO!" he screamed. Oh magic of angels arise and heal her. Areyalss was lifted to her feet and awoke fully. healed. Karmi Helaed himeself and apoligized for what he had done. "I will tek care of him princess I promise" he told her.

 

Kei thought to herself "So this is the Princess..." with that Kei started to walk off into the shadows although wonded as well. " What was see doing, leaving herself vulnerable like that! Err! Da** it, I thought his attack was'nt all that powerful, My eyes are begining to blur."
