Where is this list you speak of?

I don't think many of us here are all that cosmopolitan either. It was suggested a while back when Mordeth and myself were watching anime in LOT's house that maybe someday we would go into a sushi bar in town and try it out. I'm thinking it'll be a first for a few people. If we were to end up going after class poor old Mordy wouldn't get to go and it would be all sad and stuff, for him. kyahahahaha.......

    Or not?

Oh yeah... now I remember... that place was called Aya, right?

If there was a good Eirtaku crowd headin over I'd nearly go over myself, even if the con could be a bit crap.
Compared to what those lucky SOB US'ers get at cons anything here is bound to feel crap :(

Well, Lex, Nicholas D, MrNewType and me went to the class yestarday, it was pretty good... It started off with very basic stuff that we all already knew from anime, but I'm sure we'll cover a lot of stuff...
After the class, the four of us went to a japanese restaurant called Yamamori I think, where we had ramen... Lex ordered vegetarian ramen by mistake... lol
The bowls were huge, not like the ones you see in anime... Nicholas D was the only one that managed to eat everything... (I just remembered I owe him €10)
Anyway, it was fun... let's see what we do next week

You know it was great food 'n all but after all those vegetables and that char grilled tuna, I had for days a weird kind of woody taste in my mouth. It was like they just raked up a small forest, torched a fish from the local pond and served it on my plate.

On a completely unrelated matter; I have lots of new anime and even some non-anime but still asian movies and series. I'm not telling you what they are suffice to say I'm happy.

It's now coming up to 4am and after two relatively sleepless nights I'm completely knackered, but I'm determined to finally watch the end of Yamato Nadeshiko. That should take me all of an hour and a half after which I'm going to sleep, which should take me nicely up to around about the time I have to leave for japanese class.

And you know, you wouldn't believe the number of people who owe me exectly €10. I mean it's really amazing and the absolutely astounding thing is not a one of 'em has payed me back, the bastards. There's going to be some serious knee-breaking if this doesn't change soon.

    *hint hint*
