Anime Little game! Wanna play?^^

    it's called "name the character"! this is how it works:

    * i will post a picture, the first one to tell me who's character and wich series it belongs to, gets the chance to post his/her own riddle.

    * please make sure your riddles are difficult enough but don't push the limits.

    * remember to name your file correctly, don't be so "smart" to post a mech's siluette but then, when you right click-properties it says "gundamzero02.jpg":p

    * the person who anwers correctly gets to post the next image.

    * have fun!

    That kinda looks like Rio from Burn Up W.But that takes place in Tokyo.I have no clue.Any more hints,Chejo?

    Yeah,I knew it wasn't Burn Up.I had to make a guess,though.I seriously have no ****in' clue.I obviously haven't seen this anime.But if I have,I'm gonna be so pissed by how much of a dumbass I am.:p

    Crow, I should be so predictable...but wasn't.

    Phox, you got it. It's a snip of Amelia's finger when she's giving one of her Justice speeches (they sometimes get these little faces ^^ ), as well as a bit of her hair on the right...All yours.
