    It seems that you can watch Locomotion. When you said that about the secret agent the only one I've remembered was Aika, but I didn't recall that character.

    Ok, this one is maybe very easy (just for allowing anyone else to a more challenging riddle)

    The creator of this anime made every background with his hand. It belongs to the world masterpiece theatre

    Yes, Miyazaki took part in this anime, but Studio Ghilbli was created some years after. He was the one who did all the backgrounds by hand, and also some of the character's design

    Astroboy is from Osamu Tezuka. His drawings are very rounded and his characters have bigger eyes.

    As for helping a little more, this anime was released in the early 70's.

    And yes Chejo, I'm from Latinamerica :)

    Hey wait, didn't Miyazaki have soemthing to do with grave of the Fireflies?
    If he did then it's probably that little kid or some kid from a Lupin movie, which Miyazaki worked on.

    Grave of the fireflies was made by Isao Takahata, who is also one of the other main heads from studio Ghilbli, and worked with Miyazaki for a long time.

    But the anime from where the picture was taken is earlier than Studio Ghilbli :)

    My research leads me to believe this character is from Future Boy Conan...but seeing as I couldn't find any decent shots of characters from the series, I can't make any guesses.

    It fits the hints, although my references place it in late 70's, so maybe I'm wrong.

    Ne, kapitanbar, I thought this one was supposed to be EASY?

    It's extremely easy if you were a kid in the 70's (I am 30 years old) and you've lived in latinamerica or europe...

    Yasuko is the winner!!. yes, it's Heidi from "Heidi, the girl of the alps" one of those animes that beated many records in audiences all over the world.

    I was gonna guess Sasami or Tsunami form tenchi, but their names don't start with a C.:p
