    Urashima Keitaro, from Love Hina?

    I'm sure this is little 3yo Keitaro when he gave the promise to Naru (or wasn't it Naru? nevermind ^_^).

    the character clearly has two different coloured eyes. Keitaro didnt have blue hair or eyes that colour. to me.

    Anyways I'd say Shadowbard is right because it looks like this dude from Asagiri no Miko:

    Unfortunately not 3 year old Keitaro, it *is* the childhood version of the character who appears early in the series.

    Still looking for a name, you got the series alright.

    Haven't got the faintest clue. Though he does look a little bit like That Guy from Excel Saga. Not the member we all know and... love? hate?

    Perhaps he's a blond Mr. Satan? (DBZ) SSJ Nappa with hair? (Also DBZ) Some other guy? (Some other anime?)

    Haha! The weirdness of the anime is similar to Excel Saga, it's a very new anime being fansubbed. There's a huge importance on his hair..

    Tg, your pic looks like there's some mech on the left. am I right? so maybe it's a guy from some mecha anime?

    Let's see, it looks like an older anime. There does seem to be a mecha in the pic. And he looks sort of familiar. Perhaps is he from the original Moblie Suit Gundam? (Not the one with Heero or Duo or the rest, but the REALLY old one) But for the life of me, I can't tell who he is.
