I'm sorry, they don't, the manga these characters belong to is just starting to come out in america, only 2 volumes so far. The artist, who is quite talented to start, improves significantly over the course of its 14 volumes. This is a really fun and cute read, I've really enjoyed it and own it.

The guy is Makoto Amano, and he's the blond in the skirt. The girl is Ito Miura, and she's the one with short, black hair who looks like a boy. The series they are from is W Juliet by Emura, and it is a very good series.

The series is indeed Nurse Angel Ririka SOS, and one of the characters is Uzaki Seiya, but the other character is not Ririka.
