    Metallica was great. I for one like the Black Album but the rest of the music after that I am not to fond of although I hate their new cd nothing on it was any good. I think they have lost it but at least the 80's were good.

    Didn't they do a song called like, 3(or maybe 4)leaf clover? Thats a good song.

    I mean, they're so washed up now. And their old. Retire, your tarnishing your good name ><.

    No offence, but the Black Album makes me want to shoot myself.

    I like Metallica, they're okay. Their songs just get old after a while, I guess.

    I hate their new music, very much. Garg. xx;

    wow, this thread actually kept GOING. *special* thats pretty cool.

    Metallica, the members themselves, are jerks. (irrelevant) I watched a show with them on it, and they were all, you know, pompous and stuff.

    but, yeah. still were better then.

    If Cliff Burton were alive to see Metallica today, im sure he would be ashamed that he was ever in Metallica...

    I chose better then. I could not compare to the old stuff, I mean I grew up with their older music. the new stuff is ok, but I like how they were more into it then. They are still one of my favorite hard rock groups, but if you made me chose between their old stuff or new...definatly older music ;)

    :eek: :eek: :eek: REALLY?!? I LOVE OZZY, he's so my ultimate fav rock artist..... :eek: YOUR SO LUCKY! did you ever get to meet Ozzy then? awww man not fair, not fair I say :(

    I've only really gotten into Metalllica over the past year, so i guess i'm not the most hardcore fan (i still have to get a t-shirt). I love Master of Puppets and the the Black Album was great as well. I wasn't so sure about Ride the Lightning at first but it's actually a really good album. BUT my favorite album is defenatly S&M, i just can't get enough of that cd.
