Art Newbie's Art, take a peek pleease

Alright, I have only been able to scan one of my pics that are even remotely recent.. this one is from like april or something, which is not recent for me, I practise every day and am learning fast.. so take a look quickly please and if you could give some contrustive criticism it would be nice, not too harsh mind you I am not overly confident of my skills.. I dun need your ppl's help feel bad. Here's the link already!

The face is drawn well, and captures a lot of cool personal style, good job. However the hand just doesn't seem to match the style captured in the face to me. Hope to see some more stuff in the future, you are good!

I don't know how to say thank you enough for you kind compliments.. I edited the picture a bit so he looks more human, but I have not redrawn it because it's all already inked and stuff. I'll get some newer art scanned as soon as possible. And I'm thinking I might MAKE a storyline to fit the picture, and I'll be drawing a newer version of this one for sure. AND I've been drawing since I was little.. I'm only 15, almost 16 right now so I have a while yet to improve.. but I still need to work more if I hope to become a graphic artist.

um...im new to this place and i just read your post and im not even sure if anyone reads this string or whatever its called but newayz here it goes......i really like your drawing and everything looks great except for the nose, and u said u changed it so thats great

Wow .,. I love your work .. More please The guy you drew reminds me of the main character in "Blue Gender" maybe because of the nose

 

Thank you, and I haven't seen the blue gender show you talk about but maybe I'll look into it. As of currently I AM redrawing this picture, and hopefully will have it scanned on monday.. and if anyone wants to color my art I would appreciate it because unless I use my markers I can't color worth a crap..
