nothing that caused me to have to sit anythig out, but taking a padded arrow in the eye isnt fun, plus countless scars from the handles of polearms. one person took an arrow in the forehead and the penny (used to keep the arrow from going through the padding) went through the padding and tore a rut about 3 inches long through his scalp. i assume he sat down for a minute or two heh.

Its between two different cases for me.

The first one was when i was like 9. Me and my little brother were playing football at my grandparents house and over threw it. I went to go get it and my right foot fell into a hole. When it did, a broken PBC pipe went into my leg about 3 inches. I was bleeding and, I'll even admit, crying. I was crawling up the steps when my brother came out with my grandma. She drove me to the hospital and I got 3 stitches. I didnt cry and I was supposed to get 2 suckers but I never did. I couldnt walk for at least 3 weeks. I literally crawled to the table for dinner for the worst week and a half. That crawlf felt like a thousand miles. The other week and a half I used a cane. I still have the scar on my leg.

This next one just happened last footbball season. It was our 3rd game and I was starting as left guard. We had just hiked the ball and I hit the guy in front of me. As soon as I shook him off I got ready to go and finish the play when out of nowhere, this guy tackled me from the side. A heard a pop and hit the ground holding my knee and was in pain. I had apparently just about torn my MCL, which is a ligament on the left side of my right knee.I had to have crutches for 2 weeks and then a brace for 2 more. I missed just about everyone of my games. I was so mad. Even nowadays my knee will pop out and it hurts like hell.

like teddz, mine is a soccer related one. i was playing in a yr7 V yr12 match (whose dumb idea was that anyway...) i was tackled badly from behind and came down heavily on my wrist. i though it was a bad sprain. (i'd had plenty before), but back in class my teacher noticed that i was holding my wrist and i was pale. i ended up being taken from school in an ambulance. :D (it was broken btw)

Hmm my story goes back about 6 years ago, that would be a rough estimate since it could've been even longer. I still played soccer in those days, and during the warm-ups for a game, we were taking practice penalties.
When I was about to kick the ball, I suddenly felt an incredible pain in my knee, which made my leg stiffen up, and I fell backwards.
My kneecap thought it would be really funny if it would slide to the right, so it dislocated without reason, sitting somewhere almost on the right side of my knee.
After a month or two in bandages, it got better, but after all those years, my knees get all wobbly when I stand up longer than 5 minutes... another reason why I hate to stand up for long times!
