since we're talking about politics, I was wondering what your prefrence was of these two: Republican or democrat. I know there are others but, I was just wondering about these two.

I personally am A Republican All the way and Support George bush on a lot of his views.

guess im marxist or somthing along them lines, thought prefer to take ideas from diffrent places and incorpate them together for use in my own crazy little system, rather then sick to a set politcal stance tbh :)

I don't follow any partcular party, they all have failings. Out of them all however, I'd probably favour the Greens(or whatever the equivalent is in your particular country). Republicans are evil, Bush is a moron, the people who control bush do want, among other things, war, to pull wool over the general populace's eyes, to lie, cheat, and do whatever they can to stay popular and in power. The republican's aren't really that much better.

While I would probably lean more towards the conservative side of politics, I'm really an independent. When it comes to politics, I don't go with a particular side "just because that's my side," but I make decisions based on issues themselves.

    Oh, and quoting Chowmein:

That has nothing to do with marxism, just to let you know (unless you do believe that capitalism will eventually evolve into communism, which is the end result of an ever-evolving economic system). From what you've said you sound more like me, when it comes to not sticking to a set political stance.

No matter who's IQ is what, everyone has a side that they agree the most with. Your right tho BB, politics is a weird place. Getting into it makes you gain weight, go bald and drops your IQ by 30% (i'm joking, sort of, thats a line from a comic book). I know enough about politics and the government to know whats going on, but thats enough for me. I'm Republican, I just can't agree with giveing money to people who just don't feel like working (in the form of welfare and that type of stuff).

I don't like generalising! It depends on the leader-of-the-day and the party policies.

If I really had to make a choice I'd choose dictatorship with Hitler - Kaiser Adolf Hitler. I would want Saddam Hussein and Chairman Mao as Secretary of Pain and Secretary of Torture respectively - Lord Hussein and Mao can keep his present credentials. We could appoint Stalin as the Secretary of Massacre - Tsar Stalin (rhyming couplets? maybe not). The rest of the congress would be made up of figures such as Mugabe and Suharto.

Whoa! Don't forget to have Gengis Kan (probably spelled wrong) as "Chairman of the deadly", Mussolini and Krushchev as "Lords of the Loud" and Attila the Hun as "Chief international delegate." Mauhaha, that'd be a heck of a bunch. Imagine these guys all in power at once..... they probably would fight amongst each other tho.

    Anarchist, tbh.

    Just kidding...

Used to be, tho...now im just not involved in politics. I honestly don't care whether these fat, ignorant people wanna bomb this, help that, or annex the other thing. It doesn't really matter, being as we're not going to live long enough to see much of a meaningful change in the world.

I'm a Republican all the way!! I support George Bush too!!! I think he's one of the best candidates that we have had so far. Bill Clinton was horrible. I couldn't stand him. I am proud to be a Republican. I'd be ashamed to be a Democrat because of Bill Clinton. (No offence to Democrats and Bill Clinton fans)

Though I really don't care much for politics, I would have to say that I am a Republican. I don't really like the fact that they usually support the death penalty, but at least they usually don't support abortion. But as of right now, the U.S. government is too corrupted on both parties to be of much difference. Or is the support of life not a Republican characteristic, but a conservative?
