    LOL!!! "Meri Kurisumasu!!" LOL

Sorry, sometimes, I find romaji very funny.

Jackal, or anyone doesn't know, this is basically Merry Christmas spelled phonetically according to the japanese sounds. It would be separated like this...

    Me-ri-ku-ri-su-ma-su

Each break would have a different character in katakana.

    Happy New year: Akemashite omedeto
or that's what I think it is or is it Shingen Omedeto I don't ever use that phrase so I'm not sure.

    kawaita: dry/dried

sakebi: yell/scream/shout something along those lines

Oh, and also the shorted version of Akemashite Omedeto is Ake Ome.

Well, most likely Akemashite Omedeto. As far as I know, cards and letters are pretty formal. I guess you can put Ake Ome when sending it to a friend though...

    Mu: nothing

I find this kanji letter most interesting it's what Kanna from Inuyasha is, but it is used in so many words. Like muyo no need to, or muimi no meaning. Very cool eh?

    Hmm... 'Go away' eh?
    Ike!-- Go!
generally base insults to the distance for that... like 'Urusai' (noisy/annoying) or 'Mezawari' (eyesore)

hmm.. I really must resume building the japanese learning page.. anyone wanna help?

    just dissaper/dissaper : kiete shimae

    go away: iteshimae

    That makes me mad: Mukatsuku

I know these might not be the exact translation, but this is just what I know from sometimes using them.
