Not to spoil your fun, but, 'aitsu' is just a less than polite way to say 'he', 'she', or 'that guy'. While not in and of it self rude, the way in which it's said can add a *lot* to the meaning.

Don't worry about it, we're all here to learn from each other. I still have a ton to learn. That, and I seriously need to work on my fluency.

B-Berry are you talking about the song? I reamember hearing it while watching the show (I forgot what it was called something Sma). I think the song is only song by one member of SMAP, Shingo. When I first saw him on tv. I didn't know he was a part of SMAP.

This is late, but thanks a lot for your great explanation!
I think it's very difficult to explain this problem....

    >Gako e shupatsu.

This is 'Gakkou e Shuppatsu':) A bit hard to pronouce?

Ohha is a short version of Ohayou, which means 'Good morning'. This was very popular before, but few people use it now.

    >We all are friends, right?
    RIGHT!

  14. And for the latest word of the day - Korosu! Korosu is the verb for kill and can be used in several fun sentences. For example:

    Korositai (I want to kill)
Watasi o Korosite Kudasai (Please kill me)
Watasi o Korosite Kudasaimasen ka (More polite version of Please kill me)
Tasukete! Akuma o Korosite! (Help! Kill the Demon!)

    ...and so on.

P.S. UK if you can't guess who I am after reading this post, I'm going to have to korosu you. :)

Just for fun, let's break this down to vocab.

    Eiga - movie

wo - (pronounced 'o') is a particle, used to indicate that the movie is the subject of the verb

mini - this is the verb 'to see' and another particle attached to it, 'ni' this particle equivocates fairly well to the english 'to'

iko - usually romanized in some way to indicate an extended vowel at the end, this is the verb 'to go' in a special verb form, the way it is indicates a 'shall we' tone.. so, this means 'shall we go' (an invitation)

eh... heheheheheh... I got too long winded again... probably no one even wanted to see this... I'll stop now

naru, you yet again, prove that i can always be amazed by your lack of responding to the context of post topics...sigh...at least tieinto the thread a little bit more than a reference to something someone said.
